Sam x Reader Chicago Blackhawks Hockey Game ( part 2 )

You laid on your best friends couch in your Patrick Kane jersey watching a Blackhawks Game on the tv " y/n! When do you go back to Canada?" B/F/N yelled from upstairs " why do you want me out of your house ?" You yelled back and B/F/N came downstairs " no I love it when you come to visit me in Chicago, I was wondering because Sam hasn't texted you for a date yet ..." she said and you sat up " you are right .. I leave .. tomorrow!" You said looking at her.

You softly sighed " maybe he forgot... " you said running your fingers through your hair until your phone lit up showing a picture of you and Sam kissing before he had to go after the game you two went to"I still can't get over that picture " you said smiling at B/F/N before answering it

" hey Sam!" You smiled

" hey beautiful, sorry I haven't texted you in awhile but I was wondering about that date " Sam said

" I can do today .. I leave tomorrow to go back home in Canada " you said

" today would be great!" Sam said

You put down your phone " I wonder what we are doing for a date tonight.." you said getting up off of the couch.

You got dressed until you heard the door bell go off and you ran to the door opening it " hey Sam !" You smiled as you hugged him tightly and Sam hugged you back " ready?" He asked and you nodded " let me put on my jacket " you said grabbing your Blackhawks jersey hoodie putting it on " you and your Blackhawks " Sam chuckled as you chuckled " don't judge me " you pecked his cheek as the two of you walk to his car.

You looked around as Sam drove " so where are we going ?" You asked and Sam chuckled " I can't tell you it's a surprise " he said as you playfully sighed. Sam parked at a park " I love this park " you smiled getting out of Sam's car " well you'll need these " Sam said handing a pair of skates " are we going to skate on the frozen lake ?!" You asked excitedly " yep, follow me " Sam said as you took his hand and the two of you walked over to an area with trees covered in white Christmas lights " wow ... so pretty " you looked around in awe " it is pretty but not as pretty as you " Sam said.

You looked at him as you face lit up with blush " aw Sam you're too cute!" You smiled putting on your skates " ready?" You asked looking at Sam seeing him struggle with his skates " I need help " Sam looked up at you pouting " ok ok I'll help you " you said helping Sam with his skates.

You got onto the frozen lake skating around smiling brightly seeing other people on the ice " come on Sam!" You said holding out his hand and he got onto the ice.

Sam's POV
I got onto the ice watching y/n skate around as I heard music start to play. I held y/n's hand as we both skated around the little frozen lake looking at the other people skating as well " thank you Sam " y/n said as I look at her " for what ?" I asked and she looked back at me smiling " for taking me here" she said as I smiled " well I Wanted to bring you here so I could ask you something " I said and y/n looked at me " what is it Sam?" She looked at me and I looked into her beautiful E/C eyes " I-I wanted to ask you if you wanted to be my girlfriend, I love watching your eyes light up every time you see Kane or Toews, your beautiful smile, your laugh is to cute ... I'd list more things about you that just make my heart melt but we'd be here for hours but I love you y/n with all my heart and I want you to be my beautiful girlfriend... because I'd love you till the end of the world "

Your POV
You looked at Sam as tears built in your eyes " o-of course Sam! I'd love to be your girlfriend " you smiled and he hugged you.

You hugged him back " I love you so much y/n" Sam said as you kissed his cheek before you kissed his lips and he wrapped his arms around your waist pulling you closer to him " I love you Sam " you said pulling away and Sam smiled " hey I've got another surprise for you " he said as you looked at him " Sam you don't have to " you said running your fingers through his hair " well I was going to take you to a Blackhawk hockey game tonight " Sam said

You looked at Sam and your eyes lit up " really?!" You asked excitedly and Sam chuckled " yeah, do you want to go " He asked and you nodded excitedly " of course I do! Let's go !" You dragged Sam off of the ice basically ripping off your skates " ok ok y/n hold on!" Sam laughed and you softly laughed " come on Sammy !" You playfully whined like a 5 year old.

Sam finally got his skates off and put them in the car as you got in.

At the arena
You sat in your seat that was behind the Blackhawks bench " Sam how did you get these seats ?!!" You sat on the edge of your seat smiling " I know some people " Sam smiled at you then looked at Patrick and Jonathan on the rink practicing " no way, Patrick and Jonathan got us theses seats ?!" You asked " yeah, We're pretty good friends after the last game we went to " he said and you hugged him " thank you so much Sam! I love you so much " you said before kissing him softly and Sam kissed you back until a puck hit the glass plain and it made a loud sound.

You jumped back as you looked who shot that puck " PATRICK!" You yelled before laughing and Patrick laughed before skating back to Jonathan.

You chuckled looking at Sam seeing him laughing " he ruined a good kiss " you pouted and Sam kissed your cheek " let's do that later, I feel like they will do that again " Sam said as you nodded " yeah " you smiled.

Time skip
The game ended and you followed Security with Sam to the locker rooms " hey Sam !" Jonathan walked over to the two of you giving him a hug " hey Jonathan, good game tonight " Sam said as Jonathan nodded smiling " thanks, hey y/n" he looked over Sam's shoulder looking at you " h-hi Tazer " you smiled shyly " still shy around Tazer eh?" Patrick asked walking up to your group " yep she's still shy around the two of you " Sam smiled.

After talking with the two boys " well y/n I hope we see you up in Canada soon, we'll get you some good seats to our games when your here and in Canada " Patrick said and you nodded smiling at him " thank you Patrick " you said giving him a hug before he left " thank you again Sam, this was probably the best date I have ever been on " you said smiling and Sam pecked your lips " I'm just happy you said yes " he said and you chuckled " how could I say no?" You pecked his lips back before walking to his car.

Airport
You walked up to the security and looked at Sam " I-I'm going to miss you " you said as tears rolled down your cheeks " aw babe don't cry, I promise I'll come up to visit " Sam said whipping your tears and you nodded.

You hugged B/F/N tightly " I'm going to miss you y/n " she said " I promise I'll come back to Chicago and you better come up to Canada!" You said as she chuckled " I promise I'll try " B/F/N said and you smiled before turning to Sam " I love you y/n " Sam said as you hugged him tightly " I love you more Sammy " you kissed his cheek and he pecked your lips " w-well I got to go I'll see you guys later " you said and walked through security " I LOVE YOU Y/N!" Sam yelled and you softly laughed " I LOVE YOU TOO SAM!" You said before walking to your planes gate.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter because I loved making it but I have no more requests so if you guys want to leave a request please do! But I'm extremely excited for the Stanley Cup playoffs my Penguins and the Vegas Golden Knights won last night ( I like the Knights because Marc-Andre Flury is their goalie and I love Flury !) and my favorite team Toronto Maple Leafs are playing tonight as well. I HOPE THEY WIN!! Then my Tampa Bay Lightning's, Washington Capitals, and the San Jose Sharks are also playing !! I like a lot of NHL teams ... but I mostly like their players more ... so if your a NHL fan and your team is playing in the playoffs tell me who your team is and who you want to the win the Stanley Cup!!! And if you have a favorite team that's not in the playoffs tell me too ... my Florida Panthers, Chicago Blackhawks, North Carolina Hurricanes didn't get in ;-;
