Dear Reader,
First, I'd like to thank you for finishing Lances and Daggers. There are so many books out there, but you picked this one and read through it till the end, and I'm really grateful for this fact. This is my first afterword ever, so I'm not sure what to say, but here goes nothing.
I started writing this back in September 2017. To tell the truth, the first chapter was the product of my frustration with a university project. I woke up at midnight, turned on my laptop, and started writing. What came out was "The Girl Who Cried Wolf."
From there, I started building the story about Lance's adventure. I never went with a solid plan, and many details changed along the way, but I tried my best to produce something enjoyable. This was my top goal as I worked.
Lances and Daggers is my first online story to reach completion. It took me almost 7 months to finish. During this period, I've met many people, and some of them were kind enough to read, give me feedback, and encourage me along the way.
