Death Note X Child/Teen Reader

The end of the day bells ring. You and Light walked were the book fell. You decided to pick up the book.

"Death note?" You said monotoned.

"A book about death?" Light asked.

"Well let's look at this later." You said putting it in your bag quickly then grabing Light's hand tightly.

You and Light walk down to your house. You and Light were going to your house to work on a project Matsuda trusts Light to take care you.

"Light-kun" you said sweetly.

"What is (Y/n)?" Light respond with a chuckle.

"Can you grab me some sweets please Light?" You asked him.

"Sure when i bring them up don't eat them all okay" Light said.

"I can't make promise that i won't eat all the sweets." You told him smiling.

"Alright your highness i shall bring myself one plate for myself." Light said mockingly as he got up and went downstairs to get your sweets.

Minewhile he was getting the sweets you took out the death note. It was not your first time handling one of these books of death.

You already have one.

"Yoru show your self." You said softly.

"It's about time you talk to me (Y/n)." Yoru said coldly.

"I'm sorry my dear friend. I should of talk to you more earlier, Yoru" you said apologize to the shinigami.

"What did i say we aren't friends (Y/n). I'm just here because you own my book foolish child." Yoru said monotone.

"I know, but you are the only thing close to a friend when i was a child...but what ever you say Yoru." You said sadly.

"Look I found another death note..Nao" you said hold the plushie.

"How childish as always." Yoru scoffed.

"Your mother was better with the book why i did i even give you it?" Yoru sighed.

You knew what to do with the book. The rules, the deals you can make, the power which it comes.  The only reason you knew was because of your mother. It was her book before she was kidnapped. Before you were born she gave up her rights and told Yoru to give you the book when you were old enough. 

"I don't know what to do with two with them." You said to your plushie tilting your head.

You have your book hiden inside one of you plushies.

Your death note is small one. It has been hiden so you could barley used. You have only gotten rid only 4 people. In your 14 years of life.

"I got your sweets (y/n)." Light said.

"Thank you Light." You thanked him.

"So what do you think this death note is about?" Light asked.

"It's a book which kills people whoever you write there name in." You said calmly.

"How do you know?" Light asked.

"I read the instruction on the back side of the cover. It kill if you write the person's real full name while knowing their face. It take 40 seconds and they will die of a heart attack." You said softly.

"Oh but i don't think that would be real. How could a book kill someone."  Light questioned.

"Well we can see about that." You said and turn a tv in your room on to the news.

"There are hostages still traped held by the mad man." The reporter informed as it show a preschool that was being held by a mad man. 

"Let's see what's his name.." You said very softly.

"This mad man is Kurou Otoharada. The police is planning their next move." The reporter said while they flashed a photo of the man.

"Write his name Light." You told him to.

"Fine but i doubt it will work" Light said writing down the man's name.

"Let's see maybe this could be a prank?" You said.

"You are play innocently i see..." Yoru said.

You nodded your plushie's head in responsive. You were playing so you weren't caught with anything.

Minute have passed and Light was started to not belive it. "You'll see Light-kun."

The report looks at the entrance of the  school. Children and teachers run out of the building. "The teachers and children are running out is it possible the man had a change of heart?" The man reports.

"Change of heart." You said jokingly.

Police rush into the building. They looked for the man. The man laid lifeless hands clutching his chest, his eye rolled back, his mouth left open with what would seem like a howl.

Dead at the scene the reporter tells the camera.

Light was shocked, you just let out a quick grin Yoru smiled as well.

"Welcome back kid." Yoru said.

This was the beginning of something big. Something the world hasn't seen ever before.

"Don't worry Light-kun we haven't done anything bad. Only got rid of the bad guy. We helped them." You said smiling and your eyes closed.

Light looked at you if you were crazy. "This maybe was a just a very convenient coincidence, we had nothing to do with this (Y/n)." Light said uncomfortable.

"Light-kun we share this man's blood we did this. I doubt this a coincidence, we did this Light." You said a bit annoyed.

"How are you so sure (Y/n), we did this. What makes you changed like this." Light whispered yelled.

You smiled "I know a bit more, than you do pretty boy." You told him winking at him pointing your finger guns at him.
