~Ashley's POV~~
After discovering that news.... Taylor came up to me. I guess he's now considered a friend to me.
"Well, looks like we are partners!" The kid said
"Yup" I said while rolling my eyes a little and sat in the seat next to him.
As we were working, I noticed that he has been staring at me for like a minute. He finally spoke up.
"Tell me something about your life."
"What?!?... I mean .. ¿Qué?"
"What is the most important thing you've learned up until this point?"
"Don't trust anyone." I replied while almost tearing up.
----FLASHBACK----
"ASHLEY LIKES JAY! ASHLEY LIKES JAY! ASHLEY LIKES JAY!"
I stood there. Humiliated. Red on my face. Trying to tell my best friend to stop... Or ex-best friend.
Everyone was pointing and laughing.
"Why would she like him? She's a bitch anyway..!"
"HE WOULD NEVER LIKE HER!"
I felt betrayed. I felt alone.
"How could you?" I asked her as she stood there smirking.
I ran out there.... Alone.
---END OF FLASHBACK---
The bell rings.
"So.. do you want to sit with me at lunch today?" Taylor questions
"Uhhh..." I mumble... Just about to say no.
"C'mon! Just for today!" He begged.
"Ugh fine. Just today." I say, rolling my eyes again.
