Soon, Austen became interested in Emily more and more. He began to dislike Cyrus as she was being rude to Emily alla' time. In his third year, he announced Emily as his "official girlfriend". This was quite disappointing for Cyrus.
"One day, I'll take him back!" Cyrus had said.
After Emily left Austen, he became really angry. He set on a journey to find Cyrus. He came to know that Cyrus had married already and was divorced by the time he met her. Cyrus saw her chance and proposed to Austen. He was not surprised. He had known that Cyrus had loved him since the beginning of the year. Soon enough Austen married Cyrus and brought her in his house. The first thing she saw was Emy. She immediately recognized her as Emily's daughter.
"Hey little girl, nice hair .... just like your mother!"
And from that day on Cyrus held a grudge against Emy. Since her father did not really care about Emy, Cyrus had her chances of revenge.
