There's a boy
He asked on a piece of paper,
'Do you like me'
I don't know
My feelings are mixed
He was with my friend before.

I hand the paper over
To the girl next to me
And I told her,
"I don't know what to say."
She then grabs her pencil,
And circles the yes.
I then freak out, and ask her to erase it,
But by the time I say one word,
She's already off to give him the paper.

I am shocked,
To see that she wrote for me,
Like she was a gust of wind,
That blew me away.

I don't know what to do.
He reads the paper,
Now I'm in serious trouble.
I wonder what he's thinking...

It is now time to go.
The bell has rung.
I have to go to my club.
I wait for my friend, who is across the hall.

I can't tell her,
I just cant!
It slips out,
Like how a leaf slips out in the wind.
She then wants me to tell her more.
I can't!
I tell her more.
Now she's crying.
I'm so stupid!

I spilled my heart out.
She cries some more.
I've ruined her.
