This was the best ting I had ever experienced in my life. I loved her, she was the most beautiful girl I had seen in my life. That was a phase in my life where I could say that she was my only hope to live. You may ask why?

We had our own group in our class. I will tell you all the names of my friends right now to clear all the confusion ahead. Shardul was a great artist and one more like him was Anish. Shardul lived near my house and another friend of mine who lived near my house was Neeraj. In all last year there were eight people in our group. Me, Shardul, Neeraj, Anish, Arnav, Ranjeet, Sudarshan, Dheeraj.

At that time a tragedy had made me short-tempered. Till date there are only two people who know about this tragedy. But today I would like to share this with everyone. From fifth standard I had a friend, yes had. She was my best friend, her name was Eshita. Till fifth standard there were no real secrets as such. But as I entered the new school there were a lot of secrets to share. Actually my society friends used to tease me and Eshita that we loved each other. This teasing had reached a very high level so one day we decided to have a little serious talk. I told her that she was my best friend but I was not in love with her. Luckily she also said clearly that there was nothing in her mind about dating me.

An year passed in the school just like that, grades, marks, fun and much more. I remember it was August 15. I came back from the flag hoisting and my mom told me that we had to go somewhere. I thought that it must be some of her friend's house. We were on our way and I gradually slept. Suddenly the car stopped and it woke me up. We were in a parking, it wasn't a mall parking. I suddenly saw the logo of the hospital. I wondered why we were here. I had no check up planned. I followed my parents and then I was taken in an ICU. Actually I was not allowed in but she spoke something to the nurse and she allowed me in. I saw a familiar face on the bed. the person's forehead was covered with bandage and then I fell on my knees. I dragged myself towards the bed, it was my Eshita my friend who was a vital part of my life.

She had experienced an accident while driving a bicycle. These were the worst two months. I could see her suffering in that bed. In two months they took her to a normal room. I asked mom, "Is she feeling so good now that she has been taken to a normal room?" She didn't reply. I didn't know why but she took me in her arms and then didn't give a reply. From the other side came Eshita's parents. They said that the news is equally going to hurt me as it did to them. The treatments hadn't worked, she was no more...
