January 4th 2018 My name is Beth Berton and school was over and i decided to call my friend Mark if he's available to do another 3am challenge with me. After a few mins he came to my house just in time, and we chatted until it's 2:30am so that we still have time to prepare to do the " one man hide and seek ". It was 3am and we did the challenge and it was pretty easy cause we're used to it and a few hours later, we finished it and i asked him if he would like to do a overnight challenge with me at the forest. " I'll think about it first " he said " Come on! It'll be so fun!" I said " I feel like we're going to get in trouble if we did that " he said " what! No, my mom knows that i do these kinds of stuff with you" i said " Fine" he said " Yay! Promise me you won't bail" i said " i promise" he said " oh i gotta go home Laine is waiting for me outside" he said.
I walked him outside and i saw Laine, Laine is so nice and sweet, she's like a sister to me and they're both cute together but he said they were just friends. Before I went inside I heard someone like a footsteps coming towards me and i turned around and all i see was just a street light flickering

I was very curious about it, because of my curiosity, i walk towards to the street light and I shouted " Hello?", Nothing, nothing happened and the footsteps were gone and my mom yelled " Come back here it's raining!" So i went back and my mom asked me
" Do u want something to eat?" " Uhh no thanks" i said " Well i'm going to wait for your father to come, do you wanna join me?" She asked "Yes of course" i said. My father is a police officer and he comes home every 4:00am.
I asked my mom if our neighborhood is safe "Yes of course it's safe" she said "Are they good people?" I asked "Yes they are and they're very helpful either" she said "Hmm ok" i said "Why'd you ask?" She asked "Cause i heard footsteps outside, coming towards to our house" i said "Well tell your father about that ok honey?" She said "Of course" i said.
After 1 hour, my father came home and he was very happy to see us as always :) And i told my father about it and he was very curious and scared at the same time But he told me to go to bed but he told me stop and he said
"Wait don't go upstairs yet, wait for me" he said While we were going up, he held his gun for protection and my mom was holding a phone to call 911 just in case. We checked the whole house together and it was clear. We went upstairs and my dad and my mom let me to sleep in the middle of their bed and it was very comfy. And my father was still up to protect us. But I believe he went to sleep.
