Sorry, my frustration got the best of me.

I've been pregnant for nearly nine months, right? I'm due any day now and guess what? MY IDIOTIC HUSBAND FORGOT TO BUY BABY SUPPLIES! THE ONE THING HE NEEDED TO DO AND HE FORGOT! I swear when this is over HE'S gonna be the one in pain.

Banging my head against the wall I just looked at Devil as he had the audacity to look sheepish. "HONESTLY WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD GET THAT STUFF? A FAIRY?!" "NO, it just didn't will pass my mind." "DEVIL BABIES NEED A CRIB, FOOD, AND TOYS AND SUCH JUST LIKE ADULTS!" "I KNOW, but I it didn't come to mind I mean how would I even buy that stuff? I can't go to the store."......damn it I hate it when he's right. "Couldn't you have IDK gone forced one of your millions of minions too?" "They'd connect the dots Dice plus I've been busy running the casino without your help." "DON'T YOU PIN thIS ON ME I'VE BEEN PUKING AND GENERALLY FEELING LIKE **** FOR NINE MONTHS SO YOU SHUT THE HELL UP!" I know what he really meant, but I'm just so pissed at this point. I've been doing all the damn hard work and he had the SIMPLEST JOB! "Dice calm down. Look I know I messed up but we still go to- " " WHAT TIME DEVIL THE BABY IS DUE ANY D-" Before I could continue my rant a knock was heard throughout the room. Someone was at the door.

Quickly I hid in mine and Devil's room so I could hear the conversation. " Come in." Rang my husband's voice. The creak of the door could faintly be heard and I could make out only three sets of footsteps. It was the tipsy troop their slurred voices filled the room with the annoyance I could practically feel radiating off Devil. Martini 's dainty voice spoke first. "Boss us and the others put something together we think you and King Dice will like." "O really? What exactly is it?" Devil said voicing my question as well. Next was Rum his voice filled with slurs. "It's a surprise hic bosses. Hehe we can't tell ya." Whiskey's rough gargled voice soon replaced Rum's. "Yeah so you an King come on out and we will show ya." "Now first why should I listen to you three lackeys. Why you're practically drunk as it is right now. And second Dice isn't here. He's been gone for a couple months due to medical reasons you twats." Hopefully they'll leave now, or at least show Devil the surprise. I just hope it isn't a mutiny.

"Nah boss we know he is in the room and lisnin in we ain't idiots." "Heeeeey kingy hic come on out haha hic." Damn it. Damn it all to hell. "King Dice is not in my room so kindly stop and leave my office immediately." " But sir we just wanted to give gifts for the baby." WHAT!? THEY!? " Yeah we hic know kingy hehe." I said that out loud didn't i?" " Sigh yes you did hun now stop talking to yourself and come on out before I break these bottles." Reluctantly I walked out knowing there was no use to hide. I was not gonna look at the troop. So many emotions and questions filled my head. How many of them know? What do they mean gifts? How did they find out in the first place? "Alright Dice is out now tell us what the **** you're talkin bout." Martini was immediately in my face ignoring Devils words. " AWW YOUR SO BIG!" "AND YOUR SO ANNOYING GET AWAY!" I was not in the mood for someone to tell me obvious facts. "Sheesh hic no need to yell king haha." "We just wanna show the happy parents something." And I want to shatter all of you but we can't all have when we want. I turned back to our room completely done with this **** when Devil grabbed my hand gently. " Devil let. Me. Go." " Dice lets just see what they have." " It's probably something to hurt you or me. I don't want to see it." Of course Martini had to but in. "Were not that hellish King." " I don't care." "Dice you know I can take them if its a trap." "Which it isn't." "Shut up Whiskey....please Dice." .................. "Fine" I pulled my hand out of his. Preparing my magic incase it was an attack.

We slowly made out the way to the main game floor, the Tipsy Troop leading the way. If I tried to run Devil would stop me. I just wanted to die in hell right now. I never wanted them to know. It was bad enough Wheezy didi wouldn't be surprised if they found out because of him. I doubt it though because Devil hopefully taught him a lesson.......

As we were about to enter the main game floor the Troop turned around telling us to close our eyes. "NO ******** WAY AM I DOING THAT!" I screeched. I would do many things but going into a room blindfolded was NOT one of them. Not after........nevermind. "King we promise it isn't a trap. Boss doesn't even have to be blindfolded only you." Only me? That could end so terribly wrong. I hate the dark. I hate not seeing. I HATE what might happen if I'm not ready........ "Devil you cant be ok with this." One look at his face and I knew he was. Shaking my head I accepted defeat as I closed my eyes and let Devil lead me into the room. All was quiet. There was no sound which was strange to hear in the usually noisy floor. Then......

"SURPRISE!" I opened my eyes and there were all the employees surrounding a pile of every baby thing you could think of. Diapers, a crib with a mobile, even clothes and pajamas all for a newborn. I stared at the pile then looked at Devil. He was smiling and smirking. He knew. He knew they were doing this no wonder he agreed. He turned to me,"Well what ya think? I know its kinda late, but I think we got most of it." "You knew about all this." "Course I did i'm the one who organized it." I stared at him completely shocked thank goodness Mr chimes chimed in( yes this was intentional PUNS FOR THE WIN) " We found out couple months ago thanks to Wheezy and have been collecting stuff since." Wait but wheezy- "He tried telling you we knew, but he told you in a very bad way." Ya think? "Yeah sorry King didn't mean to startle ya." My mind was lost. I was so overcome with emotions. "Dice hun? What ya think?" What did I think? "I think......" What could I say?" I I think......" "Hun?" "I............I think I've never had a better family ever." It was true. My past family. If you can call them that, wasn't the best, but here. Here is home. Devil hugged me and I hugged back enjoying the moment.....that is until Hocus had to shout,"GROUP HUG!" Suddenly I was enveloped in a hug by all my friends, my family. And while normally I would hate this I couldn't bring myself to care. This was home, this was family. All I could feel was warmth......

Then pain
"AAH!"

O gosh, diddly darn I'm so sorry for not updating in a while. I've had writers' block and an essay and another project and well I couldn't find time to write, but here's an extra long chapter just for you all
