Personality: Hwan is either blunt to the point of causing emotional trauma or excessively sarcastic. There is no in between. Due to his ability to hold a poker face for extended periods of time, it is difficult to tell which of the two he is being. Hwan is confident in his abilities to the point where he appears arrogant, and in some cases he certainly is. The one area where he shows uncertainty is in making friends. Although Hwan is certainly willing to befriend others, it takes some time for most people to understand his humor and warm up to his personality- time which most people are not willing to invest. Background: Hwan spent the first ten years of his life in Busan, the city of his birth. His family moved to Seoul shortly after his tenth birthday, and his Busan satoori disappeared. Hwan's first few years in Seoul were spent in solitude, as he struggled to make friends. When he was thirteen years old, Hwan made the life-changing decision to perform at a talent show, where he was scouted by the agency and became a trainee.
