< Jason goes upstairs in hopes to find Evelyn>

Jeffrey- I have a theory, what if Jason is the killer?

Jason jumps onto James and pummels his face in, his hand now covered in blood.

The killer runs into the party and goes to stab James until....

James gets up and reveals the blood to be corn syrup, the whole party was staged (kinda) to catch the killer, Jason unmasks the killer after disarming him and the killer is revealed to be.......
