I've been inviting to hang out with everyone, but I know I won't be allowed. I don't know if I should tell them that or make up a lie.
"I don't think my parents would like that." I say, deciding not to start of a relationship with lies.
"I think you will be fine." Kris says. "Just tell your parents that your trying to fit in or something, they will understand."
"Bu-" I start. "No buts! Just text them now and ask." Melissa interrupts.
I look down at the floor awkwardly. I am practically the only high schooler on the planet without a cell phone.
"Um...I don't have a phone." I say quickly.
"You what!" The girls practically scream. Even the guys are in disbelief.
