lisa trudged across the school garden, her eyes grazing over the beautiful flowers.

"i should've found out about this place earlier," lisa sighed contentedly. she always had a soft spot for serene places and nature, sitting alone with music does wonders for her when she has to sort out her thoughts.

the leaves started to rustle, yet lisa couldn't feel the slightest bit of wind against her skin. she shivered, her hair standing on one end as she looked around to find the source of the sound.

no one.

is there a ghost? probably. is she just hallucinating? lisa hopes so. is there a-

"ow!"

"jennie?"

lisa was more than shocked to find jennie behind a bush, a really small bush. she tilted her head in confusion, before reaching out to help the girl up.

"how did you get here? i don't remember seeing anybody."

jennie's gaze wavered uncomfortably as she tried to look for a reason to cover it up. how could she have expected lisa to be here when it was usually secluded?

"i uh... came for a walk." jennie's hands rubbed her nape nervously, and her eyes were glued to the grass beneath their feet.

"o-okay?" lisa shook away the weird thoughts forming in her head as she tried to change the topic. her eyes lit up and she wrapped her fingers delicately around jennie's tiny wrist, before pulling the girl on the swinging bench.

her feet kicked the ground gently and rhythmically, and soon enough, all that could be heard was the creaking of the rusty swing - and their racing heartbeats.

lisa cleared her throat to breaking the growing silence.

"if you were a chicken," she mumbled, causing jennie to look up and turn towards her.

"you'd be impeccable."

"lis, i swear to god, i'm this close to shoving my feet up your ass."

"is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

"lis!"
