The Wolf Inside

Chapter 5

Galaxy's P.O.V.

Seeing how close Flash and Valora were kinda hurt me. I'm an indepent wolf right? I don't need anyone, right..? I don't know... I knew Flash was Beta male and I was Beta Female. So. That doesn't mean we should date. Someday. I will find the perfect someone. Heh. That's childish pup tales. Real life isn't this way. But it's possible. Right? I felt like I was just arguing with myself.

Ughh, I couldn't do this. Maybe Flash wasn't the right one? But why did I feel so strong about him? I knew Valora would kill me if I tried dating him or even getting close to him. I was the Beta, So why should I be scared of her. Why am I thinking like this right now? It scared me, I didn't like this feeling. It was new. Too new. I needed to stop thinking like this, It hurt to much. Flash and I are just friends and that's it. "JUST FRIENDS!" I screamed outta nowhere. I heard paw steps outside of my den. 
"Galaxy? You alright? I heard you scream." That was Zur's voice.

I looked away.

"I'm fine." I snapped. I heard him back up, but stop and walk in.
"Zur, I said I'm fine." I flicked my head to the side, giving him the death glare.

"You obviously don't sound fine." Zur gently responded. I wanted to run away. That dark thought entered my mind. I couldn't. As much as I wanted to. I just couldn't.

"I. said. that. I AM FINE!" I rose my voice, standing up and turning to face him, I snarled.
"Leave me alone." I quickly said, turning back around.

"No, tell me what's wrong." He replied. I snarled again, scratching the ground with my claws.
"I told you to leave me alone, that's an order." I growled.

I hated the fact that Zur was so curious on what was wrong, like he wanted to be the one wolf who allows you to vent to them constantly. But I knew he wasn't really like that. He was more of a spunky child who didn't really care what anyone said, order or not. 
"U-uh.. alright... sorry I even asked.." I heard Zur sigh, and the sound of paw steps becoming distant.
Finally, I was alone. I seriously hated that Zur wanted to know what was wrong. I mean it wasn't his business anyways. Was it? No. I needed to vent, but I'll wait until Luca ges back. She's been gone for a long time. So has Kajan. Weird. It's like they've completely vanished. I mean what Kajan did was wrong, and it caused Luca to cry like a pup who just lost her teddy bear from town. I wanted to claw his throat out for that. He needed to learn that it wasn't okay to do that. I acted like I didn't know what happened when Flash got back. I asked what was wrong but he wouldn't tell me. Like he didn't know himself. I mean I knew, but I wanted to see what Kajan said.
"Galaxy...!" I heard Zur call my name. It grew closer and when it got close enough, I could heard the rapid paw steps as if he was running. Was something wrong or was he here just to annoy me again?
I stood up, a glare painted on my face when Zur stepped in. He looked worried, scared and confused. I also could tell he was out of breath.
"What do you want?" I questioned, a bit of anger hidden under my worry.
He took a deep breath and started talking.
"There are some wolves," He took another breath and continued.
"Wolves, in camp." He blurted, it was hard to hear him from all the breathing and huffing. I quickly stood up, racing out of my den and down the cliff to the main area of the pack's camp.

There were two wolves sitting at the entrance, they looked like creeps but they have off a vibe of 'I mean no harm'. One wolf wore a hoodie that covered most of his face. The other, looked like a demon in the shape of a wolf.
"Uhhh, hello. How can I help you? What business do you have with the Shine pack? The Alpha's are out, but You've got me, the Beta." I said, a bit cautious. 
"Ahh, Galaxy!" The Demon-Wolf said. I creeped me out that he knew my name.
"Uhh, how do you know my name?" I asked.
"Uhh I'm best friends with Luca, she talks about how amazing you are at being beta." He chuckled a bit, smiling.
I wagged my tail, smiling.
"Wait, really?" I blurted, kinda unprofessional.
"Ack, sorry. I just am surprised. So what do you guys what from the Shine Pack?" I asked again.
"Well, Alpha Kajan invited us." The wolf with a hood on said. The Demon wolf kicked his side.
"Oh, sorry. Alpha Luca." He growled at the demon wolf.
"Ahh, well want ranks did she offer you?"
"Hunters."
"Ahh, I see. What me to show you the Hunter's den?"
"That would be nice." The Demon wolf said.
"Before we go to the hunters den, I have two questions for you." I stated.
Both of them looked at me, interested.
"Well, first question is 'What are your names'?"
The demon wolf opened his mouth to talk, but the emo looking wolf interrupted him.
"I'm Aro Monteiro, but please call me Aro."
The demon wolf gave Aro and glare and started to talk.
"I'm Havoc, but I don't get scared by the name, I'm not any trouble, trust me."
I nodded.
"Alright. Second question, Where's Kajan and Luca?"
The looked at eachother.
"I thought they were here, I told them to be back by the time we're there." Aro said. He took off the hood and flicked his head, fluffing his fur.

"Ahh, I see. I'll send Valora to go get them." I smirked with delight. I flicked my tail to follow me as I stood up and padded over to the Hunter's den. Valora was laying in the den.
"Valora, please go find Alpha Luca and Kajan." I commanded.
"Why do I have too? Why can't Zur go find them?" She said with a snotty tone.
"Oh boo hoo," I snickered, teasing.
"Do you want to be kicked out of the pack?"

I saw her shiver."That what I thought, now go." I yelled after her.When she left, I told Havoc and Aro this was the Hunter's den and to pick their own sleeping area. I waited until the padded past me and then I padded out of the den.
