Chloe and Megan

Middle School Life

(Megan's POV)
So this was a weird point for both of us. Everyone around us were sluts and we couldn't relate. Then came two new boys and we immediately fell in love. I fell in love with a boy named Finn Wolfhard and Chloe fell in love with Matthew Espinosa. Ugh, Finn was so beautiful and he had the sweetest, funniest, kindest personality. I asked him, "Hi, I know you're new here so I just wanted to know if you want to be friends and get to know a little bit about each other, because you haven't really met anyone yet." I was so nervous just to even say that, whenever I saw him there was nothing else I could concentrate on except for him. Anyways, the next day I walked up to him and told him we should hang out soon and he said, "Do you want to come to my house later?". Oh my gawd, I almost melted and I said, "Yeah that would be great, text me later." Later that day he texted me saying where he lived. I went to his house and we practically talked about everything. By the end, I knew he was the one I'd want to be with forever. I told him what an amazing person he is. I texted Chloe saying, "Chloe, I like someone a lot and I feel like he's really the one for me."
)Chloe's POV(
I'm trying to think of who he could be that she's talking about but I can't get it through my brain... but then I realized that there was a new kid she couldn't get her eyes off of. His name was Finn. I texted her back with, "Is it the new guy?" but I already knew it was. I personally liked Matthew, he came in the same day as Finn. I'm glad Megan found someone she thinks she'll last with but I don't know Matthew as well as she knows Finn. I don't think I'll have a chance.
(Megan's POV)
How did she know? I hope it wasn't too noticeable. I texted her back asking how she knew and she said she could tell. Now I'm nervous. Did anyone else see? I guess it doesn't matter because I wouldn't let anything get in the way. So the next day I asked Finn if he heard anything and he said he did. My heart dropped and my stomach was turning. "What is it?", I asked, more nervous than ever. He said to go on his bus to his house so we could talk. I think I know what this means.😬
)Chloe's POV(
~(THOUGHTS)~Megan's getting too attached to Finn. It's like she doesn't even care to hang out with me anymore. She never stops talking about him. She cancelled our hangout today and yesterday and I'm guessing she's hanging out with Finn. This is so hard because this is the longest we've been without each other. Ugh.
(Megan's POV)
~(THOUGHTS)~I hope Chloe's okay. I feel like I haven't been paying much attention to her. I feel bad but Finn's the only thing on my mind now. (Out of thoughts) I went on the bus and we talked the whole way home about random stuff and he was staring at me a lot. When we got to his house, I asked him what he heard. He said, "I think this is just a rumor but people are saying you have a huge crush on me, is it true?" I almost choked. I had no clue what to say. All I said was, "Would it ruin our friendship if I did?" He said that it wouldn't change anything and he wouldn't be awkward at all. He's so sweet. "Well what they said is true, I can't lie...", I said. "Well honestly I feel the same way, you're a beautiful girl with an amazing personality. What more could I ask for?" I was shocked. I was almost in tears because that made me so happy. Not just what he said, him liking me too. "Oh my god, I had no ide-", he cut me off by kissing me. This was my first kiss but I could tell that if I kissed anyone else this would be the best one. Since when would I ever think I'd kiss a guy who I love for the way he is and who loves me for the way I am? I really think we're meant to be. I love him. ♥️
