4. A New Job!

-Fairy Tail, Magnolia, Fiore-

  -Time skip: 1 week-

  -Lucy's Pov-

        All was good in Fairy Tail, Erza was out on a job while Natsu and Gray started fighting over stupid things once more. Iggy was with me, at a table sitting next to me. Grandi and Meta decided to go on a mission with their foster kids.

  After all hell broke loose, it died down and became normal. Natsu headed over to us, with Happy flying behind him. "Hey Iggy want to go on a mission with Team Natsu!" he asked Igneel, with a happy glint in his eyes. I heard Iggy chuckle a bit. It was funny how Igneel looked like he could be Natsu's brother. He was only 18 in his human state, but he was over a thousand years old in his dragon state. "Is Lu apart of your team?" he asked Natsu, as he smiled at him "Yes, why do you ask?" Natsu's tone sounded angry. "Oh..no reason." he just shrugged, I grinned a bit laughing at Iggy's secretive behaviour.

  "Oh yeah that reminds me" Natsu turned to me, he wrapped his arm around my waist "Luce how yah been" I heard Iggy growl at Natsu's arm, I was use to this all the time. It used to make me blush but it doesn't anymore. "I have been better, I could be better if you wouldn't have your arm wrapped around my waist in front of my boyfriend" I whispered the last part so quiet Natsu didn't hear, but I knew Igneel did. Igneel blushed a bit, and turned his head.

  Natsu finally removed his arm around my waist, and started fighting with Gray. Igneel took this as a chance to wrap his arm around my waist. Now this made me blush, I scooted closer to Igneel. Natsu seemed to notice my blush because he got punched in the head. "That's what you get for not paying attention, lava spit" Gray yelled, angering Natsu. "So this is what my boy does in his spare time" Igneel whispered, it ran a shiver down my spine, because I forgot how close we were. His face turned to mine, I know because I could feel his hot breath on my cheeks. Just because of this my mind wandered to that dream of Igneel I had....umm yeah. Igneel took a sip of his beer, and then almost choked on it. He started to cough. Oh crap was all I could think of. I squirmed a bit, thinking of many ways that this would turn out. He laughed a bit, it was sexy, I couldn't get enough of it.

  Our closeness got interrupted by Natsu, he forced his way between me and Igneel. He place his arm on my shoulders, Igneel glared at him "Let's go on this job!" he slammed down a flyer.

Help wanted!

  Help Biscaurous City (Made Up) stop a female dark mage. She runs around killing people at night. She also steals jewelry and kidnaps kids.

Okay that was oddly specific. Anyways Biscaurous City was a long ways from Magnolia, Like a two day trip on train. I could get there in two hours in my dragon form, so could Igneel. So I made a choice.

  "Okay Natsu, just so you know it take about two days to get there on train. So I have another idea." I told him, he nodded taking any way possible to not go on the train. I told Igneel my plan. He nodded his head which in turn, confused Natsu.

  We headed for a field, Gray, Erza, Natsu and Happy trailing behind Igneel and I. He was going to transform into his dragon to fly us there. Me and Igneel talked on the way there.

He was joking with me, making me laugh crazy. Natsu loudly interrupted, "Hey Luce!!!!! What's that plan of your's!!!!!" He draped an arm around my shoulders, my eyes twitched. I could tell Igneel was about to blow. So I did the best thing possible, "LUCY KICK!!!" I kicked him hard enough to send him forward...oops.

He was sent into the air and landed in a hole in the ground. I rubbed my head and laughed nervously. I looked over at Igneel, he was passed out. His nose was bleeding and his face was really red. I quickly mind linked him as Happy poked Igneel and Gray and Erza went to go check on Natsu. I stood there, getting redder and redder. 'He saw my underwear! He saw my underwear!!!! ' I chanted in my head, 'Yah damn right I did. I didn't know you wore such, risqué underwear Lu' Igneel replied back.

I was wearing a thong that day. I just fell down, on top of Igneel. Igneel opened his eyes, he was faking!!!! He smirked, "Like your underwear Lu, did you wear it for me?" He whispered, I tried to move but he grabbed me . . . . . . BY THE BUTT!!! I was angry at this point. I used more of my strength to stand up. Iggy stood as well. I then proceeded to walk up to him. I then kneed him in the balls and uppercutted him to Natsu.

  "Well that was random.." Gray said. I nodded. Eventually both boys woke up and we were ready to carry out our plan!

I nodded to Igneel, he nodded back, he then shifted to his dragon. I ran and jumped on top of Igneel, I waved to the others to come climb on to Igneel. They followed and hopped up. I patted Igneel, and he began to flap his wings.

Once we were above the trees, he began to use his speed. Natsu pretended it was like a roller coaster...which he has never been on. Ezra was fine, and Gray had a bit of a hard time keeping balance. Happy clung to my arm screaming his head off. I grabbed him and held him.

We saw Biscaurous City...but it wasn't what a city was normally like, it was overrun by darkness.
