Okay, so as you may or may not have noticed by now, I unpublished all but the first chapter and changed the first chapter up quite a bit. The reason for this is so I can edit (rewrite is more of a proper word tbh) the book and so none of the readers are confused when I change things in earlier chapters but not in more recent chapters and things in the story conflict with each other.
Also, another main reason is that Kez (@BaaLukeandLeah) and I were in middle school when we started writing this and both of our writing skills have increased dramatically since we started writing this and we wanted to show that in our writing (also both of us are bothered when reading our old writing).
It is also worth mentioning that we are still working on new chapters and if we finish them before we are done editing older parts, we'll publish them after we're finished.
The final reason that I am editing the story is that I have entered a period of gender confusion and as of right now I am more comfy with the name 'Eden' rather than my name given to me at birth along with they/them or he/him pronouns. If I end up coming out of this period of confusion with the realization that I am my gender assigned at birth, I will simply change my name and pronouns back to the original.
Also, it is worth mentioning here that once BaaLukeandLeah (Kez) gets an account on Archive of Our Own, I will also post the story there as an official collab as this story will appear in her works as well as mine. The story will be exactly the same there as it is here, so if using the other website is more convenient for you, you will have that option.
In conclusion, there will be changes to previous chapters and I recommend that you re-read the old chapters as they come out, though you can probably get by not re-reading them as I'm sure that the first chapter will be the only chapter will any major changes (though I can't make any guarantees).
I will post any updates in the comments, and I and BaaLukeandLeah will answer any and all questions you may have down there as well.
