A saddened Eclipsa arrived back at Mewni castle after the death of her mother Hekatia. Lost her mother two weeks after her thirteenth birthday and in charge of a whole.kingdom. She's just a girl. A young woman. She sighed as she looked at her family portrait.

Her father died when she was too young to remember and now Hekatia? This is messed up. A knock came at the door.
Maid: Princess... I mean Queen Eclipsa?
Eclipsa: Yes yes?
Maid: Well we found your mother's will.
That made Eclipsa stand up. She never thought she's get a will. She always thought of having to rule this kingdom forever.
Eclipsa: And?.......
Maid: We need you to come down.
Eclipsa: Of course.
Eclipsa came down to the hall and saw the Magical High Commission there reading what Queen Hekatia had left.
Eclipsa: Well tell me. What did my mother leave me?
Omnitraxus Prime: Well like every other queen. Since you are Queen Hekatia's only daughter, you are the queen of Mewni.
Eclipsa nodded.
Heckapoo: Secondly, the possession of the royal wand. Technically since you are Queen now, you have to have it. Lekmet? Where is it?
Lekmet got up and retrieved the wand from a clear glass box that was behind and under the table. Hekatia's wand was a wand like with a circle with two moons on each side and like a torch in a way. Lekmet handed it to Eclipsa and in her hand, it transformed into a parcel. With the top in a circle with a spade inside and a crescent on top.
Eclipsa: I don't know what to say.
Rhombulus: And lastly, your mother asked us to provide you with suitors.
Eclipsa: What? I mean, excuse me. Repeat that again if you can?
Lekmet: Bah Bah Bah
Eclipsa: I meant someone I can understand.
Omnitraxus Prime: Your mother wanted us to find you a husband for him to rule with you side by side.

Heckapoo: We know that! If you don't believe us. Look in the will yourself.
She handed Hekatia's will to Eclipsa and Eclipsa began to look through it.

Eclipsa looked up from the will at disbelief to see the High Commission looking at her. It wasn't a lie. It was the truth.
Rhombulus: It's true.
Hekapoo: And right now we are choosing some suitors that might make a perfect match for you, but we might have to go more in depth.
Eclipsa: No! No! No! Why though! I want to choose my own husband!
Omnitraxus Prime: We're just doing what the will says.
Eclipsa: Well obey this. I will choose. Whether you like it or not. I'm Queen Eclipsa. Daughter of the deceased Queen Hekatia. And I will choose my own husband.
With that, Eclipsa went out of the room to her bedroom. She putted the wand on the side of her bed and looked out of the window to see the rose garden.
