(Flashback Continued) Beyonce's P.O.V

I hadn't stayed at Shawn's house last night since I had a doctor's appointment today. In a way it was good for both of us since I had alot on my mind regarding Dominic and the picture I saw. I wouldn't have been great company in the state I was in. I acted calm and collected around Shawn because I didn't want both of us to be falling apart at the same time. I had just stepped out of the shower when I heard my doorbell ring. I wasn't expecting any company so I continued to get dressed until it began ringing constantly. I rushed downstairs to open the door and found a gentleman with his back turned

May I help you?

Depends?

Excuse me. You're at my door playing games and I don't have time for it

I turned to slam the door before the voice spoke again turning around this time

DAMN BEE! Atleast I know you can handle yourself while your pregnant

What the hell are you doing here Dominic?

Is that anyway to greet your husband. I told you I had a surprise coming for you today so here I am

With all the confusion from the magazine I had forgotten all about the surprise. Needless to say I was less than impressed

No. That's how I greet the man who's two timing me

I walked away from the door and into the kitchen where i ahd laid the magazine. I quickly returned with it in hand and threw it in Dominic's face. He grabbed the paper and let out a hearty laugh before speaking

You're mad about this?

Well shouldn't I be?

Not unless you want to be my new publicist

What are you talking about Dominic?

I hired a new publicist because Nike wants me to be a spokesperson for their campaign. I needed someone to handle my affairs since I would be on the road the majority of the time. Her names Madison Clarke and she's one of the best in the industry

She also happens to be one of the most beautiful

You have her beat hands down Beyonce and you know it but I think it's cute when your insecurities show

What the hell else am I suppossed to think when I see you on the front page of a magazine with your arms around another woman?

She had just closed the deal with Nike for twelve million over the next four years so I took her out to dinner to celebrate. I was giving her a thank you hug goodbye when they must have snapped that picture

So that's it? Why haven't I heard about this little deal?

I wanted to keep it on the low until I knew it was for sure. I also didn't want you to get upset since it will require me to travel for photoshoots and promotional work

That I can handle. I couldn't handle my husband creeping on his pregnant wife

Dominic pulled me into his arms and kissed me. His lips devoured mine as his tongue darted in and out of my mouth. When he finally pulled away he had a sly grin on his face

I missed those lips

Sure seemed that way to me

You know what else I missed?

You're just gonna have to miss it a little longer cause I have to be at the doctor in two hours

I shook my head as I walked up the stairs to get ready leaving Dominic with the saddest puppy dog face. As I reached the top of the steps I turned to speak

Dominic ran up the steps and swooped me off of my feet and into the bedroom

Our quickie had turned into a full blown session and now I had only twenty minutes to get to the doctor's office. We rushed and got into the car as dominic drove me to my appointment. We arrived fifteen minutes late but the doctor was backed up so it worked out. We waited for ten minutes before we went back to an exam room

I've never done this before-I'm kinda nervous

For a second it sounded like you were having the baby

I just mean the whole being here and seeing you get an examination

Relax

The doctor walked in and prepped me for my sonogram

Will that gel hurt her?

It's just cold that's all

Okay-so everything looks great so far. Your baby seems to be developing nicely

Well what are we having doctor?

Alright-you're having a beautiful baby girl

Dominic stood shocked while I was screaming with joy inside. Ever since I found out about this pregnancy I prayed for a girl and my wish came true

Just shocked that this is really happening

What did you think was going on when my stomach was getting bigger and bigger?

I guess it just never really hit me until now. I love you so much Beyonce

We finished up the appointment and headed back to the car. Dominic had walked off to make a secret call and met me at the car. He could see the hurt in my eyes when he got back

That was nothing Bee. Just a surprise I have waiting for you at the house

WHATEVER!

The car ride home was silent. I couldn't believe I was becoming one of those jealous hosewives who don't trust their husbands. All my fears quickly flew out the window as we pulled up into the driveway

What's all this?

NOPE! I hired an interior decorator to design the room of your dreams for the baby

That was so sweet

And now that I'm Nike's frontman they have outfitted me with a complete baby wardrobe for our little girl

This is all so overwhelming

Well you better get started with Monica because this baby isn't going to wait to be born
