For the first chapter, Kalopsia,
the point there is to give the readers some of that knowledge of the story on how you got to the tour and all. The time of that chapter is 2018; Jan-Feb
Next chapter, Perepeteia,
That is the start of your tour. The timeline for that is 2016, February.

The rest will be in the year of 2016. If the timeline changes, it will be said so don't worry.
And the story doesn't really reflect on the real life doings of BTS during that time of the year (obv, it is a fiction after all)
