I have a high pain tolerance when it comes to physical pain.
When I feel emotional pain, I test my endurance for it.
I also try my best to describe and remember the kind of pain.
And thinking that someone's pain is greater than mine.
It's one of my solution---diverting my mind away from the cause of it to survive the process of moving on.
