Frozen 2: Forgotten Magic

Chapter 4

Magic, I thought, why does she want us to show her our magic. I look at the king and he just nodded his head at her and said, "of course, your highness. But first please excuse my rudeness from earlier, for not introduction myself. I am King Eliot of Kingdom D." He gestured his hand towards me and Jake, he then said, "please introduce yourself to the queen." Jake slowly put me down and I stumbled as I got off. Once I found my balance I turned my head away from the queen, I could not face her, she reminded me to much of my sister. I heard Jake tell the queen his name, I grew nervous knowing I was next. I heard the king say, "it's your turn." I didn't want to look but I had to so I turned my face towards the queen and said, "My name is... my name is..." Did I forget my name or something, do I even have a name? Am I too nervous to say it. "Lizzy." I whispered and I then said it louder. "My name is Lizzy, short for Elizabeth." Now that was hard to say. I then heard to queen say, "umm... Lizzy could you open your eyes please, it's weird talking to you when they are closed." I smiled, I didn't think she would notice, well not notice but actually mind if I had them close because I didn't want to look at her.

I said, " ok," as I turned my head away from her and opened my eyes, "is that better?" I asked. The queen sighed, "I guess your nervous being in front of me and all, so I understand why you are behaving in that manner." Well, I thought, she doesn't really know why. The king then quickly said, "I'll show you first then." He gave me and Jake time to move to the side, he then said, "please enjoy"

When I got to the side of the room I realised that I had never seen the king use his magic. I watch him eagerly.

The king slowly stuck out his hand and white light seemed to form in the middle of his palm. He then stop it and said, "so did you see it?" The queen nodded and said, "well I expected something bigger." The king smiled as he said, " well to do something like that we would need to be outside, I don't want to hurt anyone while showing you." The queen nodded as she said, " I understand your concern." The king then said, " Jake will now show you his magic." Jake then left my side as he walked to the middle. "Ok," he said, "here we go." He pushed the two palms of his hands together, slowly he took his hands apart showing a dark round ball of energy. He then clapped his hands together again and it disappeared. Jake bow as he walked to the side again, "Next," the king said. I slowly walked to the middle of the room. I was really nervous, my stomach ached and my mind whet hazy, I couldn't even stand steady. I have never been this nervous before. Once I got to the king he said in a low voice so only I could hear, "I know that you where never taught how to use your powers, as they were unpredictable. So I'll tell you quickly how to use your magic." Once he told me want to do I faced the queen, but I kept my head down. "Your highness," he said, "Lizzy will now show you her magic."

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. Picture it I thought, picture flames in your hand. I look at my palm trying to see the flames appear. Without warning flames appeared on my hand and consumed my right arm. I started running around with my arms in the air, shouting, " I can't control it, it's going to kill me!!!"

I sighed, I raised my hand up in the air and causing a snow cloud to appear, the snow gently fell into the throne room. When there was enough snow on the ground, I stop it. Lizzy who was running around stopped and fell backwards into the snow which help put out the fire on her arm. I then said to the king, who seemed to be embarrassed by what had just happen, "you may stay, and I will try to help you with getting your kingdom back." I look at Anna and said, "could you show then to the guest rooms." Anna nodded and said,"Ok," she then turned to the guests and said, "follow me," as she walked towards the door. King Eliot and Jake followed her, but Lizzy did not. Instead she had decided to curl up into a ball in the middle of the snow covered ground.

I then said to Anna, "wait a moment, Anna." Anna stop by the door with the king and Jake just outside. I saw Jake face palm his head, when he noticed that Lizzy was still in the throne room. I then said to the king, "do not worry about Elizabeth. I will take her there myself. But first I want to speak to her privately." Kind Eliot nodded and said, "as you wish." I nodded at Anna and said, "you may show them to their rooms now." "Of course, Queen Elsa." She said. When the door closed behind them, i found myself alone in the throne room with Elizabeth.
