Date

Forty five minutes of talking and explaining everything.....

The room stood still until it shook with laughing earthquakes.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! OMFG!!!! THIS IS TOO MUCH!!! HAHAHA!!!! TOOOOO MUCH!!!" Kyle said looking almost like he was about to pass out.
"Ugh... This is why I don't tell you anything, you're always like this. The least you can do is comfort me......" Jesse said as he dropped his head in embarrassment.
"Ahhh..... Hehe. Sorry, sorry. C'mere and let me give you some comfort kisses, hmm? Kiss, kiss." Kyle said teasing him.
"Oh, isn't it almost time for your date or something?" Kyle said as Jesse flinched, gripping his pants tightly.
"It's kind of weird. Going out on a date with someone you don't know. You scared or-" Kyle paused as he looked at Jesse's face red in embarrassment.
"Whoa, is this guy that bad?? Bad enough to make you look like that? Or what, don't tell me it was love at first sight or something...??" Kyle said. Jesse looked up to him and was about to say something but looked back down.
"I-it's not like I wanted to go on a d-d-date with someone I d-don't know. And I don't even think it's a d-d-date, he just wants something from me and that's it." Jesse said trying to be firm and keep his posture.
"It sure sounds like a date to me, why would he ask you to dress nicely if it wasn't? And you can call me right away if anything happenes, there's always Anthony too?" Kyle said as he ruffled Jesse's hair.
"It'll be fine Jess, it's probably one of those business types of meetings anyways, and he can't really do anything to you if you tell him you're underage, you look pretty young, you could pass as 16 again." Kyle said, sounding reassuring.
"...I guess so, I mean, what's the worst that can happen right....?" Jesse said nervously.
"Yeah, of course, it's not like he's doing the same things as your brother, he's probably just a small gang leader full of delinquent high school seniors or something, nothing to worry about." Jesse looked at him and didn't know what to think.
"I guess, let me just send him the address here and wait" Jesse took out his phone and texted the man the address. He hesitated to send it so he closed his eyes firmly and pressed the screen. He opened his eyes and sighed.
"Ugh, I'm feeling to nervous and pressured I might puke." Jesse said as he fanned himself with an outdoor magazine on the bed. Kyle fanned him with another magazine and saw Jesse's phone blink.
"I think the date responded." Jesse looked at Kyle with worried eyes and picked up his phone. He unlocked it and saw the message
"Ok, I'll come pick you up at 8:30 sharp, don't be late and don't dress like a hobo"
Jesse looked at the message for a whole minute before Kyle shook him.
"Hello~? Earth to Jesse. What'd the guy say?" Jesse looked at him with a more refreshed but confused face.
"I don't know anymore...."

2 hours after the text message

"No that's why I told you to give her the card but you left early and didn't give it to her!" Kyle said as he flopped on the bed. Jesse rubbed his eyes and patted his forehead.
"So he could've finally been with her if it wasn't for Xavier pulling me out of school to go to the arcade....?" Jesse said as he sighed.
"Yeah, and how come he always takes you out for fun things while I'm suffering taking your homework for you? Totally not fair y'know?" Kyle whined as Jesse chuckled.
"It's cause he loves me and your mom wants you to be a doctor. Can't help you for having boring parents." Jesse laughed as Kyle tackled him down and slapped his forehead as he tickled him.
"Oh, yeah? Then how about I tell him that you switched the milk from 2% to skim for a month?" Kyle threatened Jesse. Jesse looked at Kyle with a wide mouth.
"You wouldn't! I trusted you! Don't rat me out, he won't let me out of the house for a month!" Jesse whined and pleaded.
"Hmm? Then, how about you make me lunch for a week and it's a deal?" Kyle said as he smiled.
"A week!?" Jesse yelled.
"No, how about 4 days?" Jesse smiled.
Kyle groaned and sat up. He sighed and crossed his arms.
"Fine, I really wanted to save up some money for the weekend though." Kyle sighed again and gave Jesse the look. Jesse was always weak to people and especially his family and friends. He groaned and dropped his head.
"Fine, just for a week ok?" Kyle smiled and jumped on Jesse again and gave him kisses.
"Thank you my little angel~! I'll definitely won't tell him ever!" Jesse laughed and kept trying to shove him off.
"Ok, ok! Get off already you're heavy!" Kyle got off and kneeled next to him.
"You my dear, are an angel, for putting up with everything and for letting me taste your beautiful cooking for a whole week." Jesse laughed and was about to say something when his phone rang.
"Who's that?" Jesse picked up his phone and answered.
"Hello?" Jesse said as he tried to keep his laughter in while Kyle was kissing his hand.
"It's me, I'll be by in 20 minutes, be outside." The man said as he hung up. Jesse calmed down and stood up. He looked at Kyle and smiled. Kyle could sense he was scared and held his hand.
"Let's get you dressed then ok?" Jesse held his hand tighter and nodded.
"Ok."
Ten minutes into finding the right clothes and Jesse came out of the bathroom. Jesse came out with a white dress shirt and a black blazer. He had on dark blue jeans and grey canvas shoes. Kyle looked up from his book as Jesse walked into the room.
"Whoa! You can totally be a model! You look so handsome. Oh, if you didn't have a date o would've took you out and shown you off, "look at my son I've raised with my own two hands" then you would've been popular and wouldnt have time for me." Kyle said as he pouted. Jesse blushed and smiled.
"N-not really, it's just your sense in style that looks good, I couldn't possibly be on magazines or model for anything, I don't have that talent." Jesse said.
"Yeah, your true talent is cooking! Your so talented and it always comes out perfectly delicious. Xavier sure is lucky to have you cook for him." Kyle sulked. Jesse laughed.
"I do like cooking things....what time is it?" Kyle picked up Jesse's phone on the bed and looked at him.
"It's 8:23." Kyle said as Jesse clenched his fists. He breathed in and sighed. He smiled and looked straight at Kyle.
"Can you walk me down? Please."
Kyle put his slippers on and grabbed Jesse's phone and handed it to him.
"I was gonna come either way." Kyle said as he smiled. They walked down to the front door and stood there for a second before walking out. They nodded and walked out. They walked to where the sidewalk was and stood there, Kyle could feel Jesse trembling a little and grabbed his hand.
"It's ok, I'm rightI here." Jesse smiled and gripped his hand.
"Ok." They talked for a little when they suddenly saw car lights coming towards them. Jesse gripped Kyle's hand tighter and Kyle patted him and looked at him. Jesse nodded and let his hand go slowly as the car got closer. The car parked in front of them. And rolled down the window.
"Get in." The man said. Jesse hesitated for a second and walked forward. He got in the car and looked back at his friend. Kyle nodded and stepped back. The window rolled up and drove off. Kyle stood there clenching his fists and gritted his teeth.
"I hope nothing bad happens to you, Jesse."
