Soulmate AU's For Days!

Peter Parker (Countdown AU)

Since the day he was born. Peter knew he was lucky. Unlike most, he was destined to meet his soulmate when he was 16. On average people meet there soulmate when they're in their early 20's. The lucky ones meet them earlier.
And today was his day.
As much as Peter just wanted to walk around and find them, he felt it was best to go to school. He didn't know everyone. So, perhaps his soulmate is just another student he hasn't met yet.
The train ride to school went by smoothly. It wasn't long before Peter was standing at his locker and putting the correct books in his bag.
Slinging his bag over his shoulder, Peter took a sneak peak at his wrist. Pushing his sweater up to reveal the numbers.

(In order: Year, Month, Week, Day, Hour, Minute)
One hour and fifteen minutes. Then he will meet his soulmate. Meaning he will meet them during 2nd period, English. He smiles to himself as he looks at the numbers.
"Hey Dude." A voice says from behind as someone grabs his shoulder. Peter jumps around in surprise to see Ned standing there.
"Jeez Ned. Did you have to scare me like that?" Peter asked, pulling his sleeve down.
"Where you looking at your soultime? I don't see why people bother looking at them man, you still have years to wait." Ned says like it's obvious. You see, no one knew how close Peter is to meeting his soulmate. Aunt May knows it's this year. But has no idea that it's today.
"I only have an hour." Peter whispers excitedly under his breath.
"What was that?" Ned asked as they made there way to class.
"Nothing. Don't worry about it." Peter said shaking it off.

*time skip to 2nd period*

Peter sat down in his normal seat in English. He was nervous. Very nervous. Looking down at his wrist he noticed that he only has 10 minutes to wait. Looking around the class he sees if there's anyone who it could be. But no one pops out.
As the seat next to him remains empty, as usual, the teacher enters the room and begins addressing the class.
After a few minutes theres a knock at the door, the principal enters. Followed by a girl in black jeans and a big gray hoodie. Her hair's covering her face, making Peter unable to look at her.
Not wanting to look like he's staring, Peter looks down at his empty note book as the teacher starts to talk again.
"Class. We have a new student. Meet (Y/N).   (Y/N) would you please go take a seat." The teacher speaks. Peter hears footsteps walking up next to him.
"Excuse me?" A voice speaks. Peter looks up to the new girl. He looks into her eyes and begins to feel something that he's never experienced before. His vision felt clearer then it's ever been, and his breath felt surprisingly smooth. In his chest, it felt like a million little butterflies where flying around and one by one exploding into fireworks that filled his inside. He noticed the girls eyes widen as she looks into his, and he notices she take a big breath in.  A smile appears on her face that Peter believes could light up the whole world.
He looked at her features, admiring every single one of them. The way her (H/C) hair flowed. It looked so soft. He could practically feel it. And she smelt like French toast and maple syrup.
"(Y/N) sit down." Peters thoughts where interrupted by the teachers call. (Y/N)s head looked down in embarrassment as she sat in the stair seat next to Peter.
"H-hi." He soon stutters out looking over at the girl sitting next to him.
"Hi," she smiles at him.
"So uhhh-" He says turning his wrist over to show his black numbers fading.
"Soulmates huh?" He whispers while smiling.
She takes out her opposite wrist and places it next to his, showing her failing numbers.
"Ya. Soulmates." She smiles at him before placing her hand in his. Peter looks at her small hand in his and smiles. He holds her hand, and it feels perfect in his.
"I'm Peter by the way. Peter Parker," He says, realising he never said his name. She giggles at how worried he seemed.
"Nice to meet you Peter." (Y/N) smiles at him. Before they both turn back to the teacher and continue there school work.

*lunch time*

Peter waits at the door of the cafeteria as Ned looks on from inside with confusion.
Not before long (Y/N), In spotting Peter waiting for her, skips up to him and holds his hand tightly.
"Thanks for waiting for me. You didn't need to though," She says as they walk in the room together, getting into the cafeteria line.
"Well. I figured you might get confused on your own." He says chuckling at her bubblieness.
"You would be correct. I have no idea what's going on." (Y/N) giggles out as the make there way down the line. Peter suggests the best items to take and it's not long before they are walking over to the very corner table.
Peter sits down across from Ned and (Y/N) slips in next to Peter.
"Ned this is (Y/N). (Y/N), this is my best friend Ned." Peter says introducing the two of you.
"Nice to meet you Ned." (Y/N) says and shakes his hand. Mean while Ned just had wide eyes and an open mouth as he looks at the girl who just sat with them.
"Hi. Wha. Um. Uh. Hi? I'm sorry. Why are you sitting with us?" Ned asks the overly attractive girl before him.
"That's exactly what I should be asking." A voice says from behind Peter and (Y/N). Turning around they see Flash. (Y/N) only knows his name from his attempts to flirt with her at the start of the day.
"So. What's a gorgeous girl like you doing sitting with these losers?" Flash asks walking up to them and leaning against the table, trying to look sexy. And he's failing horribly. Peter rolls his eyes at Flashes idiotness.
"I'm trying to enjoy my lunch." (Y/N) says, obviously annoyed.
"Well then come and enjoy it with me." Flash says looking pleased with his stupid comeback.
"I'm good here. Thanks." (Y/N) says clearly getting very annoyed.
"Look. I know this may sound weird. But, I feel like you could be my soulmate." Flash says attempting to get (Y/N) to move. Peter just lets out a laugh and then tries to hold it in.
"What do you thinks so funny PenisParker?" Flash bitterly asks, trying to make Peter embarrassed.
"Just the fact that you think (Y/N) could be your soulmate." He says, annoying flash at how unfazed he was by his 'insult'.
"Why's that funny? She could be. You wouldn't get it, I doubt you even have a soulmate." Flash says approaching Peter, clearly pissed.
"Because you're not." Peter states simply.
"What makes you think that?" Flash says getting right in his face.
"Because I'm his soulmate." (Y/N) speaks up. Ned let's in an excited gasp, along with half of the school who have been listening in on the 'drama'. Flash whips his head around to look at the girl. He begins to laugh as he straightens his composure.
"Ya. Right. Like that would ever happen." Flash says looking at the two teens.
"Actually, Flash, it did." Peter says, pulling up his sleeve to show the faded zeros, (Y/N) doing the same to show her wrist. Flash looks on in frustration.
"Whatever. You're not even that hot. You're actually just a bitch." Flash says bitterly while walking away. And all the people watching turn away.
(Y/N) takes in a couple shaky breaths, suddenly feeling very anxious over the situation. Peter notices and puts his arm on her waist and pulls her into his side. He doesn't say anything. Just holds her, and feeds her cookies. Ned, being Ned, immediately starts asking a bunch of questions. Peter answering them while laughing at his friends reaction. (Y/N) just felt at peace as she rested her head on peters shoulder. Peter just holds her closer and feeds her another cookie.

The only fear left in (Y/N)s mind now was
'oh god, what will her father think?!'....
