Naina's Pov
We reached the hotel, and checked in. "Do you all want seperate rooms, or shall we stay in a apartment?" I turned to look at them. "Apartment is more better, we won't need to spend too much money" Swathi suggested. "You heard what my best friend said" I gave the money, and the hotel manager gave me the key. "I have a phobia for lifts" Pandit cried. "It's fine Pandit, we are on the second floor" Sameer comforted him.
I carried the luggage up the stairs. "Naina, your very strong" Munna looked at me with a smirk. "What are you trying to say?" I teased him. "That you can carry Sameer as well" Munna made it really obvious. "Yes I can do it, but not right now, there's cameras here" I shouted to make a point. "It's a challenge then" Munna shook my hand. "Bring it on" I smiled at him. We reached the room, and I opened the door. They all rushed to get inside, and sat down on the couch.
"I didn't call you all here for a vacation" I folded my arms together. "But we are so tired" Preeti yawned. "What have you done, that made you tired, I've done all the hard work?" I stuck my tongue out. "Naina, your such a meanie" Preeti stood up. "Really, you recognised it now?" I began to laugh. "Your never going to change" Swati interuppted. "By the way Munna challenged me to do something" I winked at him. "What is it?" Sameer,and Pandit wanted to know. " It won't be fun if I just say it, I'm going to do it" I walked towards Sameer. He looked at me confused, and I began to smirk. I went behind him, and I lifted him up into my arms.
"How does it feel when a woman lifts a man up?" I looked at him intently. "Naina put me down" Sameer began to blush. "His cheeks have gone red like a tomato" Preeti pulled his cheeks. Munna and Pandit were shocked. "How do you manage to slay us everytime?" Pandit looked down at Sameer. "Killer confidence, and swag" I made Sameer stand up. "Naina, are your arms not hurting?" Sameer was concerned. "Nope, your so light, and if I could I would superglue you to myself" I whispered in his ear. "Really?" Sameer shouted. My phone started to flash, and it was Ranbir on the line.
"Mom really you had to do this, I'm not going to see you for a few days, and I'm missing all of you, when will you return?" Ranbir moaned. "I'm sorry Ranbir, but you know about Inspector Christian, if it was someone else I would have come running back to you" I explained to him. "All the best for your new case" Ranbir wished me good luck, and hanged up. "Ranbir is missing all of us" I sat down. "Don't worry we left our kids, with Nanu, I'm sure they will have a great time" Swathi wrapped her arm around my shoulder.
Sameer's Pov
Naina kept her promise, that she would shower me with all the love. I missed Ranbir as well. But I didn't know Naina could lift me up. "Guys, we should start on this investigation" Pandit suggested. "Your right, the sooner we finish this, the earlier we can go home" Naina was right. "Make sure we have everything before we leave" Preeti came out with the kit. "Make sure this secret remains by us" Munna ordered.
We left the hotel, and got in to the car. "Naina, do you remember the location?" Preeti asked. "It's the same where you all left out from, I know exactly where it is" Naina looked in front. "Slow down, your driving too fast" I shouted. "It's an emergency case, and I am allowed to drive fast, those blue headlights can make me go past the red signal, and everyone else has to stop for me" Naina explained. "This is the law over here" Naina smirked. "I'm learning something new everyday" I clapped my hands. Everyone laughed. "Your still such a kid, but my sweetheart is the cutest" Naina complimented me.
Naina's Pov
I would never want Sameer to change. I love him the way he is. I stopped the car with a loud screech which made Sameer, Munna and Pandit cover thier ears. I looked behind, and I became worried. "Sorry guys, you know how I drive, either I'm very hasty or really calm" They looked at me. "It's fine Naina, but I'm driving back to the hotel" Preeti suggested.
"That's great I need a break" I got out of the car, and opened the doors for them. "It's better if we split up in to two teams, and search for clues, that way we won't waste time" Swathi passed me the extra kit. Preeti, and Swathi were with me, and Sameer was with the guys.
"Shout for us if you find anything" I made sure that this was our signal for help. We went in towards the woods, making sure we were all behind each other. "This looks so scary" Preeti moaned. "We only came now, let's put our gloves on, and start searching" I picked up a spray to check for any blood or poison stains. After a minute, the colour changed in to red, and blue. "Preeti, Swati look I've found something" both of them came to me. "Woah, that is strange" Preeti was perplexed. "Munna, Pandit, Sameer" I called for them. They heard me, and they were amazed to see what I had found.
I picked up the sample of blood, and the poison and showed it to them. "Munna We need to send these samples, and the dead body to the forensic lab" I ordered.
