Naina's Pov
We were sat down waiting for the officials to arrive with Jason McCann. "Naina, why is it taking so long?" Pandit complained. "This is what happens when you have a press conference with a wanted criminal" I stood up, and made sure the microphones were working. "That Jason looks too dangerous" Preeti was anxious. "Don't worry, he will be getting his sentence soon" I wrapped my arms around her. "I'm just scared what the media will ask us, can we answer thier questions?" Munna looked at me. "Yes we can, we just need to be confident on what our answers will be" I gave Munna hope.
Justin, and Henry arrived with Jason's file. "Are all of you ready?" Henry ordered. "Yes sir" we saluted. "This file has all the information about what had haapened, and why it was so important to track him down" Henry passed us the file. We all looked at it to make sure it was correct. "It has everything, and there isn't anything missing" Swathi announced. "That's all I wanted to hear from you all" Henry was pleased. "Everyone will start arriving in 10 minutes, make sure everything looks organised, and clean" we went to check, and came back.
We all sat down in our places, and the press started flashing thier cameras, and live footage of us. "What do you all think should Jason McCann be hanged or should he have a life sentence in jail?" They all asked different questions at the same time. "Please, can all of you ask this later, when Jason is here, only then we can know what to say" Pandit shouted. They all sat down, and were muttering between themselves. "I swear media are so corrupted" Munna whispered in my ear. "Right" I replied. I looked in front until all the seats were filled up. The officials had brought Jason McCann up on to the stage. They dumped him on to a seat, and were guarded to watch him.
"Jason McCann the most wanted criminal, the man who has never been caught, is with us today, how do you feel about this?" a man asked. "It feels insulting, and embarrassing to know that the police caught me, but don't worry I will be back with a bang" Jason smirked. We all looked at him with the utmost disgust. He will never change his ways for no one. Naina, control on your anger. "What does the police have to say about this?" A woman stood up recording us. "It's our personal enemity, and we know how to deal with such criminals like you" I shouted, and looked at Jason specifically.
"Jason we heard, that you were going to blast Mumbai, what was the motive behind that?" The media asked taking pictures. "I wanted revenge for my sister Ashley McCann, since she died over there, so I thought I would wipe out India for sure. "But a fool like you didn't realise how smart we were in all of this, Ashley deserved that death sentence, since she was the mastermind of kidnapping us 5 years ago that is why Naina deactivated the bomb, and rescued the whole nation" Preeti stood up, and ordered.
"Should Jason McCann be sentenced to death for this, or does this criminal deserve a life time imprisonment?" A news channel reported. "This man right there who is sat next to us, should deserved to be wiped off from the earth, he has no humanity in him, and possibly he could do anything here" Pandit gave a confident answer. "I'm not so sure about your answer, but to me I can still do a lot even if I'm far away, can you not hear something?" Jason cupped his ear.
"Everybody get out of here right now, he's placed a bomb" everyone started screaming. "Run for your lives, and don't come back here" Munna pushed everyone to safety. The guards were holding on to Jason with a firm grip. Justin passed me the bomb detector. We all started searching for it, when Jason laughed out loud. "I've found it" Swathi shouted. We all went running up to her. "Everyone start digging now" Henry shouted. We made a massive hole in to the ground, until my shovel made a clang. I went in, and Munna helped me carry it on to the stage.
"All of you leave, it's a dangerous matter, I don't want to loose you all" I shouted, and opened the cover of the bomb. "No, we are not leaving you here, if it blasts we will die together" everyone was scared about me. "Alright fine stay with me, and help me choose a wire" I took my plier out from my pocket. "Yeah ask your collegues, what do they know about bombs" Jason insulted. "They know a lot more, than you do I looked at him" I taunted Jason.
"Naina, we only have exactly two minutes" Preeti confirmed. "Guys, which wire should I cut?" I asked them all. They were really confused since they never faced this situation before. "Guys hurry, if not I will choose a random wire, and cut" I panicked. "Cut the green wire, they screamed. My hand was coming forward, until I cutted through the green one. I looked at the time, and it had stopped. "Yes guys, we did it bomb deactivated" I roared. I stood up, and looked at Jason. "Who's more clever now?" I pointed towards my friends, and the guards took him away.
We all had a group hug. "I can't believe it we did this together" we all cheered. "That was so risky" Preeti could breathe again. We all had returned home, and everyone came running to hug us. "I'm so glad you all are ok, we were watching the news, and we found out about" Nanu became relieved. "We are fine, and actually these guys helped me choose the correct wire" I complimented them all.
