'thank you.'

It was a cloudy morning when you opened your blue curtain. You lifted your head to see the sky while opening your window a bit. The cold wind bit your skin and it made you closing the window again after few seconds. You smiled and mumbled to yourself, 'Autumn.'

Autumn came earlier than usual. Before you have a time to go to the beach and play with the cheeky ocean wave, it seemed you need to take out your brown coat again to cover yourself from the autumn wind.

You walked slowly to your bathroom to have a quick cleanup since you hate to stay long under the water. After that you took your loose green T-shirt and a white short as your home clothes today.

You took your phone and turned it on.

No message.

No call.

Your phone showed that it's already passed 9.

You blinked dimly and opened your Kakaotalk to chat someone.

'Oppa.'

You chuckled bitter. It's been a while you called that person with that title. It sounded... awkward to you suddenly.

The number one was there for minutes. You wondered if he was that busy until he can't reply as fast as he does usually.

'Oppa, are you busy now?'

'Can we meet later?'

'I missed you so much today...'

You bit your lower lip before erasing the last sentence. You told yourself not to be too clingy since you knew how busy he was with his own matters.

Your eyes were stuck on the number 1 beside your chat for a while, before it disappeared and made you widening your eyes.

You closed your eyes and decided to start counting.

One, two. Three, four.

Thirty five.

Forty.

A cling sound made you opening your eyes.

'It's cold today. And I don't want you to get sick. How about tomorrow?'

You held your breath for seconds.

The person that you know would reply 'Okay!' immediately with your offer.

The person that you've dated for almost two years would reply, 'I will go to your place soon!' to your offer.

It's not him.

It's not the person you know.

You took a deep breath before replying him again.

'But I want to watch Yoojung's musical tonight. She invited you too, Oppa.'

No quick replies from him. You decided to type more.

'It's okay then. I will just go there alone and tell Yoojung that you can't go with me because you're busy.'

'Eat well, don't get sick.'

You threw your phone to your bed and you covered your face with your pillow. There was an urge to scream hard deep from your heart so you decided to cover your face and scream onto it.

But another cling sound made you releasing the pillow and grab your phone back.

'The same venue?' he asked.

'Yes'

'Let's meet there then. What time?'

'7 PM.'
