Fighting those tears away

(A/N):  Don't have to watch the video up top really. It's just a video I came across and thought I'd share it. 😭😭

As the battle between Guilds  continued Fairy Tail had seemed to get rid of one of their problems.

The Phantom Cannon......

They ended up successfully destroying it, but soon enough the Phantom Lord Guild had yet had another mastermind plan up their sleeves.

Jose activated some sort of Phantom Giant. The "Giant" meaning the sheer size of the contraption. And "Phantom" coming from the fact that this Giant was actually the Guild itself.

It had a giant magic circle behind it seeming to be charging up a special type of magic. People referred to this type of magic as Abyss Break.

It was considered one of the forbidden arts among the many magicians that have lived and passed.

The fact that Jose went to these lengths explained pretty much how much he hated losing. More importantly, it showed the amount of pride he had riding on his deal with Lucy's father.

Thus brings us to our current predicament. (Y/n) is currently standing tall with his hands in his pockets and aura radiating off of him as well as lightning running all over his body.

His blonde bangs shone brightly with the addition of his electricity.  The area around him was in complete shambles and the children of Jose stood in front of him.

The seemed to be severely tired. (Y/n) sighed and began approaching them, each step echoed through out the destroyed portion of the Guild.

The twins were in horrible shape, their clothes were torn in several places with cuts and and bruises all over their bodies with blood coming from some. Their hair also seemed to be in shambles.

(Y/n) held a cold look in his eyes as he approached the brothers. They both currently lay on the floor inhaling and exhaling rather largely fue to fatigue. Their eyes were now half opened as if they were on the brink of unconsciousness.

One of them, Jacque, heard (Y/n)'s footsteps and turned into the direction of the clicking of his shoes and saw that his cuts were almost merely healed and he didn't seem to even break a sweat.

This caused the Phantom Lord disciple to grit his teeth as well as clench his nearly strength-less hands.....

Jacque: 'Kuso!!!! We couldn't even get him to go upto 10!  Are we so weak that he needs to pity us? ' he asked himself as everything seemed to be in slow motion. '.......Or is this just how powerful the Thunder Beast really is.....The gap between is so great...'

For some reason he began tearing up as he bit his lip and drew blood.....

Jacque: 'Everything my brother and I have trained for......Gone.....We were good boys weren't we? We obeyed father's every wish and withstood his training...... So Why?! Why can't we just catch up.....' as he looked up he his eyes instantly came into contact with cold orbs of (Y/n).

Although his eyes seemed cold Jacque saw something in (Y/n)'s eyes....Pain.....Lots of pain......

Jacque:  'He's gone through the same as us.....that look.....Pain......If he's gone through the same as us.....' he thought and grunted as he began to push himself up from the floor. 'Then.......'

He fell back onto the floor only to shakily stand push himself back up again. Shakily he breathed in out and out in deep breaths as his body shivered in exhaustion.
