"Local reporter for channel 6 News here with a very urgent announcement." The world, all genders, all colors, all ethnicitys, all ages, and all sizes gathered around the television in curiousity. "Due to the incline in population, elected officials have agreed upon the act of temporarily pausing population growth. "How can they do that?" You might ask. The answer is simple. There is a new pill called 'Solicide'. It causes consumers to lose the ability to feel emotions, such as lust or love. Nations have declared it a world law that all must take this pill, or will be executed immediately. It will be prescribed to all. They have also decided to assign the district police to monitor every citizen's use and make sure everyone is taking them, and due to recent technology they WILL know if you do not take them. This has been Scott Anton, with your daily channel 6 news." The world goes silent, and then it turns to chaos. The couples are crying in one another's arms, the angry mobs burning down buildings. The riots don't help, and everyone involved is immediately murdered ruthlessly. The world calms down and realizes they must take the pills. And suddenly all is quiet, all is lifeless, all is numb. No human being can feel.
