Desiree: *smiles at her* *phones rings* Hello? Uh yeah? What happen?

(DM-Desiree's Mom)

DM: Quick! You have to come over here fast, he's here. He said he wants to talk to you.

Desiree: W-what? Mom? What are you talking about? Who wants to talk to me? Who's he?

Jacob: Desiree? Is everything alright?

Desiree: *looks at him and gives him the signal of wait* Alright mom I can barely hear what you're saying I'm just ganna run over there and see what's going on okay? Okay okay I'm coming!

*hangs up* Ugh I've gotta go.

Jacob: Why? What happen?

Desiree: My mom says she needs me because some guy wants to talk to me but I don't know what for, she didn't even say a name or nothing. But I'm ganna leave okay? I'll see you later?

Jacob: No wait, I'll go with you. Is that okay?

Desiree: Yea but what about your mom?

Mrs. Perez: Oh miha I'm fine, go do what you have to do and Jacob you can go with her, I'll talk to you two later.

Jacob: Alright bye mom *kisses her cheek and gives a hug*

Desiree: Bye Mrs. Perez, I'll come back with him later *gives her a hug and leaves*

(At Desiree's house)

Desiree: *gets her key out and opens the door* Why is there such a mess here? Oh my god. *looks over to her left* OH MY GOD! Mom! Why are you tied up? Who did this? What happened? Are you okay?

DM: I'm fine, it's just Chris, he's back....again. *gulps real hard and is trying to untie herself*

Desiree: Hold on let me help you

Jacob: I'll take the right side and you take the left. *untied the rope*

Desiree: Mom? Why is he here again? I mean I saw him at the hospital and got freaked out but why is he here again? I thought he left to New York and said he would never come back?

DM: Yea well I thought so too but I guess not. He's outside still, I think but just check, he said he still wants to talk to you.

Desiree: Alright I'll be right back

Jacob: Wait *grabs her hand* I'm coming with you. You don't know what he could do to you.

Desiree: You're right *grabs his hand* let's go. *goes outside in the back yard and sees Chris* WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Chris: *turns around to look at her* Well you never use to talk to me like that before. What's the yelling for? I just wanted to talk

Desiree: About what? *gives attitude*

Chris: *looks at Jacob* Does he have to be here for this?

Jacob: Yes I do! Gotta problem with it?

Desiree: Jacob its okay *holds him back*

Chris: *takes out his cigarette and throws it on the ground* Well then I guess Afro kid can stay and watch the show I guess *says sarcastically*

Jacob: *is about to run after him but Desiree pushes him back again* You know what?!

Chris: What? *throws his hands in the air* What? C'mon say what you were ganna say man; or should I say kid. *laughs at him*

Desiree: Stop! Shut up! What do you want from me?

Chris: Well I don't know how to say this but..I want you back Desiree

Desiree: So you tie up my mother for that?! Are you out of your mind?!! I hate you! I will NEVER go back to you! You've lost your mind.

Chris: Tell me, what did I do wrong to ever hurt you?

Desiree: You really wanna act dumb right now Chris?? You don't remember?

Chris: No I don't. Can you refresh my memory?

Jacob: I'll do that for you *tries to go after him again but doesn't, Desiree stops him once again* You're so lucky she's holding me back

Chris: Whatever. Anyways back to you my love.

Desiree: Don't call me that!

Chris: Why not? You're my love. You've always been.

Desiree: You don't even know what love is! You try to rape me!

Chris: What? *laughs a little* Oh no no no, why make up such lies my love?

Desiree: *teeth clenching* Stop calling me that. I hate you! Go away! And get off my property or I'm calling the cops!

Chris: Whatever you say my love *leaves to the gate and stops to look at her* I'll be back *winks at her and leaves*

Jacob: *tries to leave her arms again* Oh no you won't!

Desiree: Jacob! Stop! Please.

Jacob: *stops and looks at her* I'm sorry, I'm just trying to protect you

Desiree: *caresses his face* I know you are *kisses him* Thank you.

Jacob: You're welcome. Do you still want to call the police on him?

Desiree: Oh definitely *goes inside to her mom*

DM: Well he's gone now or for good?

Desiree: He said he'll be back but-

Jacob: I won't let that happen

DM: So what are we ganna do?

Desiree: Go to the police and tell them what he did here

DM: What else did he say to you? Did he hurt you?

Desiree: No, but he did say that he wants me back and I told him that'll never happen again and to leave us all alone and he kept calling me his love *says in a disgusted way*

DM: Are you ganna go now and tell them?

Desiree: Yea *looks back at Jacob* We should go now and tell them

Jacob: Yea let's go

Desiree: Alright mom I'll be back. Make sure all the windows and doors are locked. And maybe have someone over just so you won't be alone again. Please.

DM: *nods head yea*

(At the police station)

Officer: Can I help you?

Desiree: Hi yes um I would like to speak to someone about a guy who is harassing me and has broke into my house.

Officer: Well officer Drew is here if you want to speak to him?

Desiree: Yea that's fine

Officer: Alright well have a seat please

(They sit down and wait but once Jacob sits down and looks up, he sees her)
