Chapter 4

As I finished doing the dishes, I heard Adam come inside.
"Hey baby"I said looking at his guilt ridden face.
"Im so so so sorry Babe, I'm really very sorry, I really very truly sorry." My eyes grew wider with each of his sorry.
"Woah woah!! Relax Adam what's wrong?" I threw the hand towel on the kitchen counter and walked towards him.
He tried to calm himself before talking to me, I chuckled at his breathe in- breathe out exercise.
"Okay so you know about the final match we were planning to go since last year? "
"Yeah I know. I know how much you and Bee are waiting for it. Football freaks." I laughed as the removed my phone from the charger.
"Well it's taking place tomorow. We got two tickets, which are VIP tickets so me can meet the players after the match.We came to know about it today morning. "I could see the glow in  his eyes when he told about meeting the players.
"Ooo Really. That's great."I was really happy, I knew how badly Adam and Noah wanted go for that match.
As soon as I said that Adam's fearful face turned into a completely confused look.
"What?" I asked wanting to know the reason for his confusion.
"Tomorrow is Valentine's day, and I'm supposed to be spending the day with you. But now I can't because the match is tomorow. So basically being my girlfriend you are supposed to be pissed at me, which you are not." Adam said with an exasperated look on his face.
As soon as he finished I burst out laughing.
"Babe it's Valentine's day tomorrow not our wedding day. It's fine of you can't spend the day with me. By the way how long is the game?
You can spend the rest of the day with me." I said very casually. His eyes were glowing. He came towards me and pulled me closer I could smell his cologne, he smelled irresistible.
"You are the coolest girlfriend in the world." He smiled as he kissed me.I was sure that I was the coolest girlfriend in the world.
