When he found out that Alice was missing the first place he went was to Mr Lodge. FP refused to do the last job he was told to do but he just could not do it, it went too far. Now that Alice was missing he was positive that Mr Lodge had taken her. When he got to the Lodge resident he was met by Hiram who lead him to his father office. Who was obviously expecting him. Once he was in the office two of Mr Lodge's henchmen were standing by the door and lifted him up placing him on the chair opposite Mr Lodge.
"FP Jones, it is great that you have finally come. Now I know what you're going to ask me and my answer is that you can make this all solved by just doing the job I have told you to do." Mr Lodge smiles
"What are you going to do with her? You cannot hurt an underage girl and for sure you do not want a dead body on you hands." FP answers back
"Oh you silly boy. If we have to kill her we will pin her murder on you and you will be the one in prison. I can do whatever I want to her because if you don't do what you're told the girls blood will be on your hands." Mr Lodge grins
FP sinks into the chair, he would not let anyone harm Alice. He has got to find her. "If any of your men hurt her I swear I will kill each and every one of your men and then you will be next." FP threats
"Threats will not help Alice." Mr Lodge warns him and then looks at one of his henchmen "Could you please tell them to be rough with Alice, since Mr Jones does not seem to be taking me seriously."
"Wait! No! Just give me some time, please." FP begs looking frantically between Mr Lodge and his henchmen.
"I am not a patient man FP but I can be a kind man especially when it involves a young innocent girl. You have 24 hours to return to me to give me your answer." Mr Lodge smiles at him
"A video of Alice to prove that no harm has come to her too." FP says
"Sure. I can arrange for that to happen. Now leave my office and do not come back till you have an answer. You have 24 hours." Mr Lodge tells him.
FP stands up and walks out of the office, the door locking behind him. He is just about to leave the house when someone whispers his name, he looks behind to see Hiram Lodge signalling him to follow him. FP follows him up into Hiram room.
"What Hiram?" FP frowns
"You're going to try and find Alice right?" Hiram asks
"Do you really think I would be that stupid to tell you if I am or not." FP crosses his arms
"Look I know you don't trust me but Alice is friends with my girlfriend Hermione. If any harm comes to her and my father does get caught out, Hermione would never forgive me." Hiram explains
"So let me get this straight, you want to help me just so that your girlfriend does not break up with you?" FP raises his eyebrow
"Yes." Hiram says
"I don't buy it. Now I'm getting out of this house before you father decides he does not want to wait any longer." FP says going to the door.
"I am following the henchmen tonight to find out where they are keeping her. You can either join me or not. If you do want to join me I will be outside your house at midnight tonight. If you are not in my car by 12:10pm I will just guess you're not coming with me and I will go by myself." Hiram tells him.
FP does not answer him and leaves. He gets home and sits down on his sofa debating whether or not to meet Hiram when Frankie's mum bursts into the house crying
"Frankie. He was taken. A group of men came in and took him FP it was so fast that no one realised what was happening until they were gone." Frankie's mum frantically says
FP stands up clenching his fists, Mr Lodge may not kill Alice but he sure would kill a serpent boy and would easily be able to cover up his murder without any problem. He had no choice now he needed to take the risk of trusting Hiram Lodge. The love of his life and his best friend were both in serious danger. He just hoped he would get to them in time.
