General appearance ^^ Live:
They build bee-like hives that can accommodate up to 100 dragons in each hive. They also burrow under ground, or in the giant trees around the gordge, the royal hive has a section built like a bees hive, but most of it is dug into the cliff face with maze like tunnles, they have accommodations for dragons of other tribes and for close friends and family.
The hives are located all around the Grasshopper gorge. On the cliff faces and in the surrounding forest.
In the seperate homes/hives there is a smallish garden that holds the homes/habitats for all the familiars of the dragons that call that hive home.
Government:
The Queen, Of Course, rules the tribe. She has a team of 5 trusted friends and family members that help her rule over the entire kingdom. One for each city that's not the capital.
The next in line is almost always the first born unless the population votes otherwise. So either boys or girls can be rulers.
Trade pacts:
The Insect wings share a trade pact with the Daharins, a neighboring tribe, and the elusive Lore-lynns.
Previous wars:
They were at war with blade wings over one of them killing an entire hive of royal honey bees and taking the enchanted hive. They eventually with the help of Prince WIdow (The Queens now deceased brother) and his familiar a black widow sunk in and got back the enchanted hive. They eventually won the war and the Blade Wings gifted them a bladewing princess, and enough gems to purchase 4 new hives.
Ongoing wars:
They are currently at war with no tribe. (Anyone want to be at war with meh?)
