The day quickly approached. Three hundred teenagers will be at my party. That's the whole school. When I mean I'm popular, I'm popular. After fifty three days of planning, today is the day of my party. My hem of my dress cut off about five inches above my knee. My dress was white and sparkly. I wore sparkly white five inch high heels. My blonde hair was straightened even more and it stopped about the middle of my back. I wore a pretty white flower clip. I looked like a sexy angel. Abbey wore the same thing as me, but instead her whole outfit was black. And she didn't look half as good as me. I know that sounded concieted but, she had a cold. So yeah, but anyways, when I walked down the stairs, my dad saw me and smiled. "You look beautiful!" he said. "And so do you, Abbey." he finished. We both said thank you and went outside. A white, long, limo was waiting for us. "Omg dad! You got me a limo?" I asked. "Sure did! I will meet you girls at the cub," he said. Abbey and I ran to the limo and got in.
The limo was so glamorous! Oo booze in here too!! The limo driver wasn't looking, so Abbey and I each took one of those tiny vodka bottles and stuffed them in our purses. We started laughing loud for no absolute reason. "Everything alright back there?" he asked. "Oh everything is fine," i said laughing. Abbey could not stop laughing either. "I guess it's jst excitement," the driver said. "Sure, that's it!" I said. We felt so bad!
When we pulled up, we went to the back of the club, for our special enterence. I was going to walk onto stage, sparklers were going to be set off, fog will creep the floor, and hot male models with be parading around me, pretending to ask for my autograph.
I was getting really nervous. As I was backstage, I could I have sworn I saw Jay. I saw a pale, tall, curly head standing off to the side. But that's impossible. I shurgged it off and walked onto stage. Cheer's, claps, woops woops, filled the air. I couldn't stop smiling. Bright lights filled the room. It was amazing. There was a band off to the side, setting up. I didn't get a band. Okay this was weird. I smiled and walked up to the microphone. "Hey everyone! I want to thank you all for coming out tonight! Now... WHO'S READY TO PARTY??" I yelled into the microphone. Everyone started going mental and cheering like there was no tomorrow. I got off the stage and went onto the dance floor and started dancing. I tried looking for Jake, but I couldn't find him. I gave him an invitation and everything. I even gave him my number and he gave me his. I pulled out my phone and texted him. He immediatly replied.
Jake: They didn't tell you? Ask your BFF. Sorry babe. Happy Birthday.
Awkward. So I walked over to the other side of the dance floor and saw Abbey grinding on some guy. "Abbey!"I yelled over the loud beat of the song. "What?" she asked. "Go outside, I need to talk to you!" I said. She stopped grinding and went outside with me. "What does this text mean?" I asked her. I held the phone up to her. "Oh shit, I totally forgot." She said. "Forgot what?" I asked. "Um okay, uh Jake moved to the US." she said really fast. I couldn't feel my head. I felt like fainting. "Serious?" I asked. A tear fell down my cheek. "I'm so sorry." Abbey said. "No, don't be. It's not your fault." I said. I ran back into the club and into the bathroom. I started crying my eyes out. Abbey walked in five minutes after I did. She walked over to me and patted my back. "Babe, don't cry. It's going to be okay." she said kindly. I looked up in the mirror. My makeup was ruined. I pulled out my makeup bag, that I stashed secretly. I fixed it. "I just... I just liked him so much," I said. "You barely knew him," Abbey said. "But..." then I was interupted by the sound of a cheer from outside the bathroom. I walked out of the bathroom and walked back onto the dance floor. My father was standing on the stage. "Is my daughter out there?" he asked. I walked to the stage and got on. "Ahh there you are!" he said. "What's this about?" I asked. "Well, I want to give a little speech. Amanda, I can remember the first day you were born. You are the most important person in my life. You are such a mature young woman, so that's why I decided, you deserve to have you're own flat!" my father said. I screamed and started smiling like crazy. I jumped up and down and ran over to my father and gave him a huge hug. "Thank you so much daddy!" I said. He pulled something out of his pocket. "This, is the key to your new flat! You are already moved in!" My dad said. I started crying. Good thing I put on waterproof mascara this time. "Thank you soo much daddy!" I said. I couldn't stop smiling. "And there's another surprise!" he said. "There is?!?" I asked. "Yes, ladies and gentlemen, plase give a warm welcome to... THE WANTED!" He said into the micro-phone. I looked behind me and there, I saw The Wanted walk out onto stage. Then everything felt so... dizzy. This was not happening!
