Afeerah's POV

The breeze blow at me when i open ma eyes and I heard my mama shout my name Afeerah Afeerah. to check the time it was 7:30. I said oooh shit it was my first day of school and I have not to be late.

I jumped off the bed and grab a towel and went in the bathroom to have a shower and I came out to dry ma hair just grab a pair of jeans and top and tied ma gyale (veil) because I have not gotten ma own school uniform. Grabbed my school bag and a pair of sandal and I was set to school and mama had to drop me because the school bus will start coming tomorrow.

Me and mama zoomed off to school and we got there the building was large with some green and cream painting all over the building and I heard someone shout my name "Afeerah"saying you gotta get off the car 'mama said'.

We entered the administrative department and we met a lady. She asked mama who she came to meet and mama said the principal she directed us to the principal's office. I knocked and the he told us to come in.

Me:Good morning sir
Principal:Good morning princess he said looking at me smiling and then to mama how can he help us he said
Mama: She said to register me to my class.
Principal: Are you done with the registration.
Me: Yes sir.

Then a man came in, the principal told me to follow him. Mama wished me luck and pecked me.

We reached the class 'SS2A' it and I entered and found sat close to a girl and I don't know her name.

After the class it was time for break. A girl approached me and ask me my name.

I answered "Afeerah" nice name she said
I ath asked her name she told me "bilkisu" but friends call her "Abarshi".

"Khady" my sitmate. You are beautiful she said and.... .
She didn't continue her statement a boy interrupted her. I notice since I came he was staring at me but OMG 😱.

He is handsome cute just speechless. I said to myself "stop" you can't fall for this boy you just new in this school maybe he may have a girlfriend but he looks innocent.

Ahhh shake it off Afeerah shake it off. I fashed (dropped) the topic in my mind.

Then I heard the bell it was time for the next lecture so I asked khady which lecture it was. Maths "she said"

The teacher came but my mind wasn't there and he left I was just thinking about the damn boy.

What do you think about Afeerah and the boy will they be together. I can say watch out so read out for the next chapter. Maybe I may not upload quick because am going back to Abuja tomorrow and school is almost resuming. So don't forget to
