"i knew you weren't sleeping i saw you holding in laughs" he said smiling
"welp" i say and laugh
"so what's up" he says sitting next to me and rubbing my back
"jack never told me about the tour" i say and look down
"what? what's wrong with him!" he yelled immediately covering his mouth after and mouthing 'sorry' when jack walked in
"hey what's up? i heard corbyn yelling and i got scared" he laughed rubbing his eyes
"i'll leave you two alone" corbyn said giving me a 'good luck' face and winking
"lara?" he asked sitting next to me as he realized my mascara was dripping down my face
"lara what happened? was it zach? corbyn? what did they say?" he said making me cry again
"lara what happened please tell me" he said picking my chin up and wiping my tears
"it's not them jack. it's you. i had to hear from your best friend that you leave for tour in 3 days." i said shaking my head as zach walked in and then ran out when he saw us
"lara- i don't know what to say-" i cut him off
"a goodbye would be nice" i said making him feel bad
"lara i'm sorry. i just didn't know how to tell you. i'm so upset that i won't see you" he said making me roll my eyes
"so when were you gonna tell me? we're you just gonna yell to my room that you're leaving on thursday?" i asked
"no i just- didn't know how to tell you" he said standing up running his head
"ok jack listen, maybe we should just-" he cut me off
"lara no please don't break up with me. i'm so in love with you it's insane. i cant imagine your without you supporting me through it. it'll ruin the whole experience" he said running over to me and grabbing my hands talking into my eyes
"i was going to say we should just put it behind us but wow" i said smiling
"you're serious" i said making sure he was actually saying this
"yes lara. one day i will put a ring on your finger, but this ring will have to do for now" he said getting on one knee making me GASP
"jack- what" i said as he pulled out a box
"lara, will you promise me that one day in the future, you will marry me?" and with that i completely fell to the floor bawling and it made the glass bottle fall off the table and shatter next to me. then we heard footsteps. loud fast footsteps
"WHAT HAPPENED" daniel yelled running in
"IS LARA OK" zach yelled grabbing me
"JACK WHAT DID YOU DO" jonah yelled pulling jack up
"jack didn't do anything. i just kind of collapsed out of shock" i said slightly laughing putting my hand out with the ring on it
"YOURE 16" corbyn yelled
"it's a promise ring corbyn cALM DOwn" i yelled making everyone laugh
"oh thank god i got scared you were gonna be a mom before me" he replied putting a hand over his chest in relief
"but you can't- you're a- nevermind" i gave up trying to understand corbyn and just laughed
"i love you guys. have the best time ever on tour" i said as we got into a big group hug and lindsay joined in too not knowing what's happening
"i don't know what's going on but group hug yay!" she said making us laugh
