I was so excited that I was Put in Gryffindor. Soon the Prefect, Alice Finnigan, led us up to the common room. I went right to bed and in the morning I sat up and immediatly got dressed and raced down the stairs. I ran strait into the fat lady who viciosly opened then I fell down the stairs and rolled into the great hall. I gorged down my food and raced to potions.
Professor Slughorn, the man who escorted us to the great hall when we first came in, was sitting behind his desk and said "Hello Albus, Take a seat."
I immediately went to the chair front and center and started studying. after five minutes other people started arriving. I put my book away and sat silently. Professor Slughorn went to the front of the classroom and taught us about tons of potions. Before I knew it class was over. The bell rang and I raced to Defense Against the Dark Arts. We were taught how to cast expelliomus (sorry is I spelled this wrong) but the most any one got was a small spark. We had a free period next so I decided to go to the library. When I was walking in an invisible force started dragging me away. The force dragged me to a huge lake and threw me in. I sank 2 feet under water and saw a giant squid, quickly swimming to the surface. I spit water out of my mouth and saw a note under a tree. It said:
A towel and clothes are at the top of the tree. >:)
