Divya's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe that somebody actually slapped me in front of everybody. What I couldn't believe even more was the fact that I didn't react. What got into me? Usually if somebody offends me, I make sure that the person will regret it his whole life. It was so different. Frustrated with myself, I walked into my house and sat down next to Daddy. He turned to look at me and immediately noticed that my left cheek was swollen. "What happened darling?" he was worried, "Tell me who did it, I'll sue him."

Ma came running from the kitchen and seeing my sore cheek she said, "She would have got into a fight with someone. What else does she do in college? Never studies, just plays around like a street boy." I stared at Ma and just walked into my room. I shut the door hard not because I was annoyed with Ma, but I was still annoyed with myself for not reacting after getting a slap. I jumped onto the bed and started to think of something that could punish that guy. I had to hatch a plan to suspend him.

Next morning...

I usually raise my head high up whenever I walk into college. But today I wasn't in a mood. Everybody looked at me when I stepped in, some of them laughed quietly. Though I got embarrassed in front of all of them, I knew that they still feared me a lot. I walked straight into class without looking at anybody and sat on my usual place. That's when I noticed that my gang friends weren't sitting with me anymore. The five of them were sitting in five different corners of the class. I didn't bother about it, because only one thing was still running in my mind; suspending that guy.

During the break, I didn't go to the cafeteria. I sat in class and had my food. I didn't even care what people thought about me acting in an odd way today. When I was having my food, I noticed somebody walking towards me. I raised my eyes to see Keerthy standing right in front of me.

"Can I talk to you?" she asked innocently.

"What?" I asked loudly rolling my eyes.

"I wanted to talk to you about Atharvaa," she replied.

"Who?" I asked even louder.

"Atharvaa Murali. That guy who..." Keerthy was lost for words and I immediately realized who she was talking about.

"Who slapped me?" I asked with anger rising in me and Keerthy nodded quickly.

"What about him?" I asked again in an angry tone.

"I'll do whatever you ask me to do, but please don't suspend him," she looked at me pleadingly.

"Why the hell are you so worried about him?" I asked her surprised.

"Erm...." she was struggling to reply.

"You love him?" I blurted out and she blushed. I laughed hard seeing her reaction.

"So are you still going to suspend him?" she asked again.

"I do have a hatred towards him. But I have a greater hatred towards you who's responsible for all this," I replied in frustration. "Since you've given me the opportunity to punish you instead of him, I'll gladly accept your offer. So your guy is safe," I replied smiling wickedly.

Keerthy too smiled at first and then her smile disappeared and I knew she was clearly thinking about her punishment now.

"So shall I suspend you?" I was pretending to think and Keerthy swallowed hard.

"Nah, that's a quick punishment like death penalty," I said shaking my head, "I have to make you suffer until you finish college, right in front of my eyes." She swallowed hard again.

"Okay, this is what you have to do. Be my friend," I told with a smirk and saw fear rising in her. "Since Atharvaa is still gonna remain in college, he'll stand against me if I bully anybody. So you're gonna compensate for it," I said.

"So does that mean..." Keerthy was lost for words. "Yes, it does mean that you have to face all my pranks hereafter," I replied with a wicked smile.

"Okay," she replied after thinking for a while.

"Fine," I said happily, "Let's begin the game from tomorrow. Until then cheers."

Keerthy merely smiled and left. Now I know I've changed my plans, but there was some strange satisfaction in bullying Keerthy alone compared to the whole college. Hmmm...College is going to be even more fun than before.
