Two days after the tunnel accident. (Ghost Whisperer- what if)

This is a short story I wrote about Ghost Whisperer, if Melinda didn't make it out of the tunnels. This is in Jim and Eli's Point Of Veiw. (Please excuse the Gramer mastaks.)

Some Changes I made to this is that Eli and Melinda are Twins. Eli and Zoe are married and they have four children. Jim and Melinda are still married (Melinda took Jim's last name) and have five children. (From oldest to youngest) (Rachale, Dalton, Adien, Katelynn and Kelicy) I hope I have every thing. This is my first story on Wattpad so I hope every one likes it, if there's any questions or coments please fell free to let me know. now that I'm done blabing here you go. :)

(Eli)

Mel are you here? If you are pleases, talk to me....

(Breath)

I just can't believe it... Your gone... I remember the day before You, Jim, Zoey, Dela, Ned, the kids and I.... We were all having fun playing the wii.

(Breath)

My mind just can't believe it. I'm soooo sorry we couldn't save you... I could feel it the moment I herd your voice that you were badly hurt... the moment I seen you and looked in your eyes that's when I know you were going to die. I could feel that some thing was wrong but i didn't relies it till it was to late. I think me and Jim released it at the same time because when he looked me in the eyes I felt he was scared not just for him self but your life. I think he knew you were going to die but at the same time he though he could save you. When he also know that in reality we were to late and you were to far gone by then it took us 12 - 13 hours be for we even found you. (breath) ...

Dam-it Melinda, It hurts me to think of how you laded down there hurt waiting for help to arrive. I just keep thinking about when the Perimedic told us that you were to hurt and to far gone for them to get you in to the ambulants and how Jim kept arguing that we had to try, but it was no use. Dela went to my house to tell Zoe the news because she was watching the kids. While Jim ,Rick Ned and I sat there by your side and watch you wither a way and when you finally did we had to leave you there.

(Long silence)

To tell you the truth Melinda... Leaving your body there in that cold dark tunnel was one of the hardest... And I mean hardest things I ever had to make my self do.

Melinda if you can here me, if i could have saved you know I would have.

(Breath)...

Long silence

It's Just that... We were all so scared. You just disappeared, and that wasn't like you to shut off your phone or not answer it. No one could contact you. After three hours after you said you'd be back in a hour me Eli, Rick, Ned and Dela went and started a search party to find you, but we should have started hours sooner because it was all ready to latte by the time we found you. It was 13 hours after we started the search that we found you it's just that ,you were so badly hurt. I could see by the look in your eyes that you were going to die... And I know by the way Eli was acting that he knew it to. I just couldn't believe it... Only if I ... Only if we were quicker. (breath) It's all my fault I should have started the search sooner. Melinda your dead because of me!

(Melinda)

No. Jim you tried to save me it's not your fault! I was already to far gone by the time you found me. It's my fault for even going down in the tunnels in the first place! You even told me not to go down there alone and I was to hard headed and stubborn to lisson. It's all my falt! I'm dead because of me Jim! Jim deep down you have to know that! Jim you have to understand that! Jim. Au, it's no use I know you can't hear me.

(breath) long silence

(Jim)

Mel levying you there in that tunnel was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

I don' t know how I'm going to take care of Rachel, Dalton, Adien. Katelynn and Kelcie. Not mention telling them there mothers dead. Melinda, you were my best friend... And I loved you so much. I just don't know how I'm ever going to live with out you.
