In a far away universe, Starsis, the wise entity of light, and Evilkin, the unforgiving entity of darkness, are mortal enemies who have battled for millions of years. After many of their taxing, tireless battles over millennia, the two brother's powers are severely weakened. Starsis, being more quick than his headstrong brother, used the Crystal Of Power, an object that can be used for any purpose when reading one's true thoughts, to summon six individuals from separate universes to help regather the crystal when it separates in order to regain his full power and seal his brother away. The crystal does so as it scatters and creates an energy projection to be sent to the six individual universes to retrieve those said individuals. Starsis, using some of his remaining power, teleported himself to his hideout and gathered himself to create a room where he can talk to the individuals he had the crystal summon and explain his situation. Moments later, those said individuals arrived. Creative teen Jayden Isaacson, hotheaded Ashley Stephens, sly vigilante Bird Shadow, Pokemon lover Aubrey Stone, and troubled force sensitive Asori Zara, are the individuals the crystal had summoned to Starsis. Starsis introduces himself to the confused protagonists and explains his situation. The heroes, after much talk between the group, agree to help Starsis in his desperate need. After getting to know each other before and after they set off on their journey, as well being given a transportation device that Starsis secretly created for the group, the team travels through many universes to where the crystal shards were scattered while battling strong minions Evilkin created with his remaining power. The team also discover that the crystal Starsis had summoned them with had also granted them special abilities based on their personalities and their talents. Jayden wields a pen that makes whatever he draws come to life (weapons, clothes, items, and even clones of himself and/or people that can do only one command) based on his talents in drawing. However, he needs to replace the cartridge in the pen every so often so that it can continue working properly. Ashley has the ability to control fire due to her often headstrong and tough personality. Bird Shadow can concentrate on an object he can ether touch or hold and with enough concentration, can learn about the history of the object and it's most recent use. This power is the answer of his great detective work despite his sly but dark exterior. Aubrey can use the abilities of Pikachu by saying the Pokémon's name and thinking of his attacks due to her love of Pokemon, mainly the one mentioned above. Asori has the power to make weapons and fire projectiles by drawing on her connections to both the light and dark sides of the force. After collecting the shards and bringing them to Starsis, the light entity uses the crystal to regain his full power. However, before the crystal can disperse, Evilkin suddenly darts into the room through the last servant he had teleport him to Starsis's home, due to the rest of the servants being destroyed by the heroes, and snags the crystal from his brothers hands. After using it to regain his full power, Evilkin murders the remaining servant and attacks his brother. The two brothers once again do battle, destroying the home in the process. In the midst of the battle, Starsis is injured in the fight by one of Evilkin's attacks. The team, although told by Starsis to stay behind in regards to their safety, jump into the fray from the hideaway Starsis had made for them, using their individual abilities to combat the dark entity. Through the use of their new powers and their teamwork brought about by their journey, our heroes managed to defeat Evilkin. Evilkin is then sealed away into an object created by Starsis, designed specifically for Evilkin to be trapped forever in, thereby ending their millennia long struggle. Although saddened by having to seal his brother away forever, he knew there was nothing that could be done other then sealing him away where he'll never corrupt or destroy ever again. After settling in a space of the home that was not destroyed in the ensuing battle, which was the very room the heroes were summoned too, Starsis gradually thanks them for their assistance. He then asks the heroes what is next for them. Wishing to stay together, the group requests that they be transported to Fic-City, a universe they visited to gather one of the crystal shards, where there are many advancements in terms of species of many kinds coexisting with one another and many prominent things, such as shops, restaurants, and different types of work, such as powering the city and managing the technology of this world, are the norm of this universe. Starsis decides to tag along, wanting to start a new life as well as guide the new heroes when they need it most, taking the item he sealed Evilkin into with him and placing it somewhere in his makeshift home where it will be safe. After settling down into the new city and finding a new home for them to live together in, they begin to assert themselves as a team with the goal of keeping the city safe from threats that may occur as well as exploring different universes if they have the time. After stopping a random crime occurring in the city, a news cast reporting the incident ask the group who they were. After short, silent chatter between the group, they announced to the reporter that they were the "Alta Heroes", and that they were here to protect the city as well as to make their home there. That is where the story of how they met and became a team ends. However, it's not where their story ends.
