Villains:These are the individuals that come into conflict with the Alta Heroes. They consist of characters with special abilities that they use for their villainous endeavors. Their personalities, powers, backstories, and motivations are the many factors that make them into who they are, as some of the greatest enemies the heroes have faced. However, while some of these villains may not combat our heroes directly, they do come into opposition with the group in one way or another.
Fearmiester:The arch nemesis of the heroes, Fearmiester values his relationship with the group in high regard due to his fascination with them. In fact, he takes joy in viewing the psyche's of his victims as he learns more about them, even going so far as to write in a personal journal about the people that he meets, the Alta Heroes being in the front of the journal as he learns more about them. A sarcastic side to this villain is shown when he makes remarks about the heroes after they find a way to overcome his illusions and/or during battle. Fearmiester also acknowledges his place as a villain, not denying who he is. The main reason as to why his relationship with the Alta Heroes is so important to him is because of his understanding of them and their understanding of them which they later develop as the series continues. All this villain wants to do is spread fear and panic across Fic-City as well as continue his cycle of trying to defeat the heroes by psychologically tormenting then with his illusions of their greatest fears and stresses. His fear aura allows him to create weapons as well as having an exceptional combat prowess when combating his arch enemies. Unlike most villains, Fearmiester admits when he's wrong and try's to fix mistakes he makes ether when things aren't going to plan or when one of his plans fail.

While she seems to only care about the things previously mentioned, this attitude that she displays is only a well crafted mask to hide very dark secrets she tries desperately to cover up to protect herself and her image from anyone and does everything in her power to stop anyone from finding out about her true self.
Duke of Power:Power is one of the most important things this villain wants other then revenge and for the world to recognize his existence. The Duke of Power is an antagonist who has a lot of bad blood with the Fic-City police department, concerning a heist he had partaken in gone wrong, and the Alta Heroes, whom he fears that they will be more recognized then him. This villain combats his enemies with his abilities to morph technology near him to create weapons as well as using these abilities in his criminal endeavors, abilities he gained in an accident during the said heist gone wrong mentioned earlier with the gang he was in abandoning him, leading him to becoming bitter and cold towards the idea of working with others and friendship, leading to him caring only about his three goals; power, revenge, and above all, recognition.
The Hunter:A thief who steals with nothing with but hunting gear, gadgets, and strategy, The Hunter has become a thorn in the laws side, especially Lieutenant Carter's, whose eager to bring the crook to justice for his crimes along with the rest of the police force. Skilled with many hunting weapons, this villain went on to become a very proficient thief through his cunning, strategy, and gear that he builds for his missions to become successful. A prominent fighter as well as a genius when it comes to building his elaborate gear, The Hunter's goals are as ambiguous as his knowledge of the skills he hones as no one knows who he is or what his intentions are.
