Tribe customs, beliefs, and holidays: Psiwings believe in peace, and take every measure to make it last, every year six year old dragonets are brought to the Chindu stream (a stream of energy that flows through the psi kingdom) and are then bathed in the enrergy, where all their evil and corruption is washed away.
King: None the Psiwings are ruled by a high council.
NOTE: Psiwings live in a different dimension than all the other tribes.
