Jessica's POV
It's our last day of school as a senior then I'm going to have the summer of my life.
"Jess! Come over here!" I hear my friend yell from across the parking lot. I jog over there to see what the fuss is about.
"So we still on for tonight?" My friend James asks.
"Yeah I already talked to the rents and they said it was fine if we all go up there just to make sure we clean up after the party because god forbid my grandparents go up there and see red solo cups up there, I think they would shit their pants." We all laugh.
I made a deal with my rents at the beginning of the year that if i get all A's they would let me have an end of the year party up at our family's cabin that is right on the beach.
"I got the money for the alcohol so I'll have my brother get the keg and whatever else we get and head up there. I'll give you guys the address and keys and all you can head up there now."
"Wait why is your brother going up there?" Melissa asks. She has had a crush on my brother since she laid her eyes on him. i couldn't help but laugh when she asked.
"We made a deal that if he buys the alcohol then him and a couple of his friends could come and party with us so don't worry I'll put in a good word for you." I wink, her face turns charlotte red and everyone can't help but laugh a little too.
We all go do what we got to do put up the flyers so all the senior know and are welcome to come. This is going to be the best end of the year party ever!
"Brett come on! Everyone is probably already there wondering where the damn liquor is." I swear my brother is so slow he takes longer then a girl to get ready and I take pretty long yet I'm done way before him.
"I'm coming geez. I had to text a couple of ladies." I couldn't help but laugh at him. Ladies? More like whores. My brother was never the type to keep a girl he was more of the hit it and quit it kind of guy. A heart breaker if you will. After Kelly broke his heart a couple years ago, he just can't get over it and won't even try to be in another relationship.
"What friends of yours are going? Any cute ones?" Anytime any of my girlfriends would come over he would always hit on them and most of them know him from the high school, he only graduated three years ago and know that he is bad news and to stay away. Though Melissa just doesn't get nor does she care she just wants her chance.
"Yeah your best friend Melissa is going to be there. She was already asking about you when we were about to leave the school." He grunts.
"Really her again? Why did you invite her? She has added me on FaceBook so many times I just keep denying it." I hit him in the arm and can't help but laugh just a little.
"Brett! That is so mean. Well at least you know if the other girls have some common sense and know to stay away you have a back up girl that is dying to get with you." We both laugh and start heading to the car.
"Wait I forgot my cell phone, I'll be right back." I run in the house find my cell phone on the couch. It must have fallen out of my jacket. I look in the mirror on more time. I have been saving this outfit since the beginning of the year. Tight red strapless dress with some designed tights that I found in my mom's dresser with black pumps that kill my feet but look so good and a black jacket.
"Damn I look good." I run out to the car as fast as I can without tripping.
"What took you so long? Geez."
"Seriously? You have no room to be talking, you take longer then a girl to get ready." He just turns up the music louder to drown out my talking, though I don't care because I really like the song.
"We got that sweet hot lovin...so put your arms around me baby...because that's just how we do, how we do." He turns it up louder so we are jamming the whole car ride.
It takes us about an hour to get there and everything is in full swing. There are cars parked everywhere, people around the campfire, some people even swimming. I get up to the door and yell "THE PARTY IS HERE!" Everyone cheers because they know that we got the alcohol. Not sure what it is about teenageers and alcohol but they feel the need to get wasted all the time. I'm the kind of girl that watches the drunk people and help if they need it. Not to say that I have never drank before, I just don't do it at big parties anymore because of all these new drugs that they have with date rape I'm not into being raped and killed.
I go around and greet all my friends and people that I don't even know, not that I cared it was a free for all and as long as we were supplying the liquor people were gunna keep showing up.
