MADDIE P.O.V

my heart stopped a little when Haley said "I'm assuming your just going to Sam's..." I just looked over to Alex who was standing at my side he was looking down at me his lip in between his teeth his fingers running through his hair. After Haley stopped talking and left with Matt, Sam came over

"hey babygirl where have you been all night?"

"I was outside by the fire with alex" i stated trying not to look guilty

"Oh okay. well do you wanna go home now? I mean we don't have to but we can..." sam said in a half unsure voice

"Uh yeah let's go home."

"Okay let's go" Sam said following me out of the door.

"Wait I forgot my phone, go in the car I'll be there in a minute." I instructed sam as I started walking back inside the house. I headed to the fire Pitt where that sat Alex alone with my phone In his hands. He turned around to the sound of the door shutting behind me.

"You never changed your pass code?!" he asked very smiley

"Uh no I couldn't remember any of the other numbers so I just left it. I assume you changes yours ?"

"Why don't you check for yourself ?" Alex said holding his phone out for me to take. I took the phone punching in the four digit passcode 9914 unlocking his phone.

"why didn't you change it ?" I said trying not to blush by biting my lip.

"I don't know it makes me think of you which makes me smile."

"Oh...well I got to go Sam is waiting in the car." I said giving Alex back his phone. Alex hands me my phone and stands up walking me to side gate I unlatch the gate and begun to push it open when Alex stops me putting his hand on top of mine and says "I want to see you again soon."

"But Sam I can't do that to him" I stood there just starring into Alex's brown eyes. Alex just smirked and bit his lip

"Well adleast you could give me a goodnight kiss?" Alex said moving his hand off of mine to my lower back and stepping closer.
