We watch as Raegans dad and Ash walk up to the window to pick up the prescription. I hear RAegans heavy breathing is almost as loud as my heart beat.
We wait for what feels like for ever for the cops to move in and I want so bead to ask why they weren't moving in on him, you can see him go get her!
"Now!" We here an officer yell over the radio and 6 cops jump out of cars armed with gun
"Josh Beast put your hands up!" The officers yell as they move in on him
"What is this" Josh yells
"Daddy!" Ash yells terrified, my heart brakes and I can tell Raegan is trying so hard to stay put nad not jump out of the van to grab her
"Get away!" Josh yells pulling Ashely behind him
"Sir, put your hands up" The officer says back "let the girl go"
"No she's my daughter!" He says then quickly picks up Ashley and starts to run down the street
Raegan jumps of the van, she sees him and her eyes light up "Rae" she yells, you can hear the fear
But then my ears ring and gun shots fire and the scream of Bystanders and Ashley. I look up from holding my ears Just in time to see Raegan dad fall to the ground, dropping ashely as he does
"Ash!" Raegan yells as he starts to run towards her
Raegan p.o.v
I run and run until I reach her. Officers pull my 'father' off the ground "she's my daughter! YOu cant take her!" He yells as they drag him away as the back of his knees bleed.
"Ash" I say crouching down to her
"Rae" she says looking up at me with glossy eyes
"I missed you baby girl" I say pulling her tight into a hug as I cry.
"I missed you to Rae" She says gently patting my back with her tiny hand
I feel another hand on my shoulder, I look up and its Justin. He crouches down "hey baby" he says rubbing her back
"Justin" she says pulling away ad smiling
We see an officer walk up and know he wants us to go with him. We walk with to an empty ambulance where a officer with a clip board beings to ask us questions
"Thank you" Justin says to the officer
"Just doing my job" he says tipping his hat at us "now I think this little on deserves an Ice cream" he says smiling
"Does that sound good?" I say turing to her
But she doesnt respond, She just blankly stares at me with her mouth slightly open "ash?" I say but no responds
"Ashely" I say slightly shaking her "AShely!" I yell trying to get her to respond but she doesn't, just stares into space with the same blank expression
"AShely!" I yell then 3 paramedics rush over to me
One puts her hand under her neck then gives the others a worried look "Whats wrong" I say trying not to cry
No one responds but the same parametric takes her from my arms "Ash" I say as I start to get pushed back "Whats wrong!" I yell as I watch them frantically put oxygen on her "AShely!" I yell again and start to cry
"Sir Imma need you to meet us at West Point hospital" he says then rushes back into the ambulance
They doors slam as the last thing I see of my sister is of her stiff body on oxygen and getting needles put into her little sand castle building arms
