Chapter 5

The smell of medicine filled the room as I stared at my somewhat of a savior.

"I see you are as well." I said to Aleks.

"I'm I'm going to leave you two alone together" the nurse said leaving pills behind which are probably mine.

" Thanks Miss." Aleks smiled at the nurse and as the nurse left the room he looked at me.

"So Aleks, were you following me? Is that why you found me? Because that's fucking creepy. " I said slowly moving to the other side of my bed.

"Did that concussion make you stupid? Wait no you already are,I live in front of your house dumbass." He said.

We had a small awkward silence between us until my mother and sister burst into the room.

"Oh sweetie are you alright?! I'm so sorry I couldn't get here in time I was at Liberty's game and couldn't hear my phone." My mother said clenching onto my hand.

Of course she was at fucking little Liberty's soccer game, I'm here having a surgery and recovering from a concussion while my mother is cheering for my sister in her stupid fucking soccer game! Will no one care about me for once?!

After my tantrum in my mind happened I could see Liberty flirting with Aleks, like touching his arm and stuff like that making Aleks look in the most of uncomfort.

"Um I think this is my signal for leaving, Bye Griffin's" Aleks sad literally prying himself off Liberty and leaving the room.

Now I'm left alone with my clueless mother and devil of a sister.

Aleks POV

After I left the hospital I had a strange feeling.

Usually when I'm around Kellin I hate being around her, but then today It was different.

I felt hurt when I saw her in such pain, I felt like it was my fault for some reason.

It's like a little warm fuzzy bear was hugging my heart.

Wait what?! Aleks get a hold of yourself you are a man! Stop thinking about fuzzy bears or something.

I need to go rip a fish open now to show my manly skills.

Kellin's POV

The next day I went to school I had to come to school in a wheel chair. And guess who was pushing my chair? Freaking Aleks Marchant.

My doctors said I couldn't walk for about two days so I'm stuck in this stupid wheel chair. See I could push this wheel chair by myself but my mother was too cautious about me injuring myself again so she had someone to push me.

And of course it was Aleks, because why the fuck not? She trusts him now just because he helped me this one time.

We were walking to school and all the kids in the halls were staring at me especially Stacy and her crew. They were all glaring at me. It's not my fault your Queen Bee's boyfriend is pushing me to class, it's my mom's fault.

"You know you don't need to push me around anymore. We're at school, and anyways I think your girlfriend wants you." I said to Aleks, clearly Stacy was giving me the stink eye.

"I want to push you any-" Aleks was cut off by Frank

"Eyy, Aleks I think your girlfriend wants you, I'll push Kellin around for the rest of the day alright?" Frank said taking the handles of my wheelchair.

"Alright, whatever see ya later cripple" Aleks smirked at me.

"What ever asswipe." I scoffed "so why the sudden interest in helping me?"

"Well I can clearly see Stacy was giving you some stink eye so I guess I'll help you this one time." Frank winked.

"Tsh, whatever lets just get I class" I said

"Whatever you say missy."

Frank's POV

I was walking to my first class when I saw Kellin in a wheelchair and was getting pushed by Aleks.

My heart started beating fast, but it was also going through pain.

I'm so jealous, why does this always happen to me? Why am I the one in pain.

Kellin's POV

As again there was auditions at lunch of course. These guys can't get it through their heads that they can't get a singer? All these girls here can't sing for shit. The girls here are basically all helium high chicks.

The thing that also annoying is that Aleks will not stop asking me to sing for his band. I don't know where he got this idea that I can sing, but I'm probably as horrible as the most girls here. Yeah I sing sometimes in my room but no one is around to actually hear me. And usually its just mumbling.

"Aye Kellin snap out of it! You are literally missing your mouth." Frank semi yelled

"Oh shit" I exclaimed as I found my cheek covered in ketchup

A few moments of chatting with Frank the bell had rung and it was now 6th period, oh great World History.

Since me and Frank didn't have History together I had to roll myself to class.

While I was rolling to class I turned to my right and some little shit bumps into me causing me to hit my head on the side of the wall. This sucked because my head still hurts from yesterday so double the fun for me.

"What the hell man?! " I screamed at the person

"Oh I didn't see you there Cripple." Stacy said giving me a devious smirk something an evil villain would give to when a super hero was in trouble.

"Gosh, way to treat a person who literally had a surgery." I said giving her a glare.

"Surgery? What did you have a abortion or something? Finally got laid I see Kellin. Anyways I'm here to tell you something very important." Her tone slowly got more serious to me "I want you to stay the fuck away from my boyfriend and also away from his band mates. I know Aleks wants you to be his lead singer but that's not gonna happen you hear me? If you ever become the lead singer I will make your life a living hell got it?" She gave me a perky but evil smile and skipped away to class.

"Fucking bitch" I said under my breath and left for class.
