The Next Day - Multiple POVS

A/N This day is going to be told by a couple POV'S so this chapter is gonna be pretty long. Ok kids grab your popcorn the story is starting

But First a little back story Jugheads POV -----------------------------------------

"Jones your not gonna go all preppy on me are you?" Toni Topaz yelled to her friend Jughead Jones from across the bar.

Jughead and Toni have been friends ever since he had moved there a few years ago. They bonded over the fact that were both apart of the same gang, The Southside Serpents. Jugheads father used to run the gang but he was convicted for a murder that he did not commit. Jughead was forced to move from Greendale to the Southside where his dad had lived. The Serpents immediately took him in because to them he was family. After a year of living on the Southside he was appointed to be the leader of the gang and fill his fathers shoes. Looking back on that day he felt so silly to hesitate to take the position of course that was 4 years ago and a lot has changed. He and his best friends, Sweetpea,Fangs and of course Toni Topaz were all transferring to The worst place in their eyes : Riverdale High. Along with the rest of the gang who looked up to and trusted him to make the right decisions for their own good.

Back to Present Time --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Do I look like the preppy type Topaz?" I yelled back to her. She just laughed and shook her head. "C'mon preppy were gonna be late" She said grabbing my arm and practically dragging me out of the whyte worm. I turn around to see Sweetpea, Fangs and the rest of the serpents following close behind.

The walk wasn't as bad as I had expected it to be just like 2 miles. I walked up to the door and kicked it open. When we walked in I yelled "The Southside has arrived," but I immediately shut my mouth as my eyes fell upon a blue eyed, blonde haired princess.

Earlier That Morning Betty's POV ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok so I was starting to feel a little bad for ditching Archie and Ronnie so I left my house earlier than normal to talk to them. I walked up to her penthouse door and knocked quietly "Ronnie its me Betty, can I talk to you?" The door slowly opened to reveal Veronica smiling like a crazy person. "Change your mind?" She asked and I knew if I said yes I would hear the 4 very unpleasant words. "Yeah V I did" "HA I told you so!" "I knew you would say that" I responded rolling my eyes. "I really am that predictable arent I..." "Very now lets go were gonna be late" I said dragging her out of her penthouse.

We got there extra early to set up, I was honestly looking forward to this. I mean how bad can these people really. After we finished setting up I looked around anxiously the hallways began to fill with students so I knew the serpents had to get here any second.

10 Minutes Later

I was beginning to get bored so I turned to say something to Ronnie but all of the sudden the door slammed open. I turned my head quickly to face it. All of the sudden someone yelled "The Southside has arrived!" I searched for the source of the yelling until my eyes fell upon a green eyed, raven haired prince.

Jugheads POV -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know what it was about her but I just couldn't take my eyes off her. The way her hair fell perfectly on her shoulders the way her eyes sparkled in the lights the way....my thoughts were cut off by Fangs nudging me forward. She was standing at a table with a sign that said welcome Southside. I just rolled my eyes and walked forward towards her and the table. She smiled at me when I walked up. That smile oh my god i could look at her smile for hours. Once again my thoughts were interrupted by the princess holding out her hand. "Hi there my names Betty and this is Veronica we have been assigned to show you around." I shook her hand and said "Hello my lady my name is Jughead Jones happy to meet you" She just giggled that giggle oh my god like an angel. "Ok if I call your name you'll becoming with me for a tour and the rest will go with Veronica." I really hope she calls my name I'd like to learn more about her.

Betty's POV --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hadn't read over my list beforehand but I really hope Jughead is on it he seems like someone that I'd actually like to get to know. "Ok i'll be taking Fangs, Toni...

Jughead's POV ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Sweetpea ..." She continued on but the fact that my name wasn't being called was making me a little sad but I still listened. "Eric and Jughead..."

Betty's POV -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Jones" The name made me smile. Maybe this idea wasn't as bad as I thought.
