"Will..." Am I really saying this? Oh, my Lord.  "Will you go to prom with me?" Leo winced, he sounded stupid asking like this.  But Ace responded before Leo got the chance to kick himself in the face.

"Yes!" he squeaked.  "Yes, more than anything! Of course, I will!"  He all but tackled Leo in a hug and didn't let go.

"Ace," laughed Leo, "I love you, but you're crushing my lungs."

Ace let go.  "Sorry," he mumbled.

"It's fine, but you probably wouldn't want to go to you're senior prom with a corpse."

"Wait," Ace paused for a moment.  "What do I wear? I-I don't have any nice clothes or anything.  Do I need a suit, or--?"

"Shhhhhhh..." Leo cut off.  "We can go shopping, okay?"

"Okay."  Ace leaned on Leo for comfort, and Leo rubbed his back gently.  The sky was full of stars that winked at the Earth down below like a friend saying hello.  But the moon was the grand centerpiece of it all, full and round and bright in the sky.  Leo pointed upward.

"Look," he said.  "There's the big dipper."

"And the little one above it."  Ace whispered, looking up at the stars as well.

"Where?"

"There, silly."  Ace pointed out the constilation.

"I know,"

"They're always together."

"Just like us, huh?"

"Yeah,"

"I love you so much," Leo whispered softly.  "And I never want to lose you."

"I know," Ace said, "I love you too."
