3rd Person POVHyun Jae and Yoongi both lock eyes and freeze. Moments go by and no one moves except Jimin in the back struggling to carry his jams, eyeing the three that seem to be frozen like statues.
"And Namjoon Hyung said I don't have jams," he huffs as he trudges into BigHit.
They all wait for the other to make the first move. Hyun Jae decides she might as well since she didn't run two red stoplights just to make Jungkook late. She side glances at Jungkook.
"Jungkook could've used a ride too," she says, looking back at Yoongi. He looks at her coldly, trying to hide his uncomfort.
"No need for me when he has you," he retorts, walking off towards the entrance of BigHit.
Hyun Jae rolls her eyes and grabs Yoongi's hand, stopping him in his tracks. He turns to look back at her. Heart hammering in his chest, he tries to keep an annoyed expression on his face."We need to talk," Hyun Jae whispers sternly, her eyes glued to Yoongi's. An awkward Jungkook tries to leave the mess and not be late for practice.
"Um, I think I'll just..." he points to the building as he uncomfortably walks by, rushing when he's a safe distance from the two. "Thanks for the ride Hyun Jae!" He screams before he enters. A small smile dangles on Hyun Jae's lips. Yoongi remembers his anger and removes his arm from her grasp.
"Nice chat," he says before walking towards the building again. Hyun Jae yanks his wrist back again, more forcefully this time so he faces her.
"What is it with you? Why do you get jealous so easily?" She says, trying to keep her voice tame to prevent a scene. Yoongi smirks at that.
"You really think you're that special?"
Ouch.
Yoongi instantly regrets his words as he sees Hyun Jae's face alter from angry to hurt."At least I confront my problems and don't run like a coward," she spits, trying to keep her voice from cracking. Before he can say anything, she turns and walks to her car, tears threatening to fall her dainty face.
"I didn't mean that!" Yoongi yells as she slams her car door. He sees tears running down her cheeks through the window as she leaves. He brings his hands to his face and curses at himself.
"What the fuck is wrong with me?" He mutters,
his voice heard by another."What is wrong with you? Talking to yourself?" Hoseok says, placing a hand on Yoongi's shoulder.
Yoongi turns around slowly, trying to hide his emotions."They say geniuses do that," Yoongi says meekly, cracking a fake smile. Hoseok remains oblivious to Yoongi's act and rolls his eyes.
"Well c'mon then Min Suga Genius Jjang Jjang Man Boong Boong," he says, as he pushes Yoongi into the building.
