Chapter 4~ "I'm A Bird Mothafucka"

Alex's POV

It sounds extremely cliche, but I still can't believe I get to be with her, she's so perfect and always knows how to reassure me about something, words can't describe how madly in love I am with her.

Time skip to Baltimore

"Hey, we're here." I smiled, it already gave me the vibe of being home. "Wow it's so pretty." She said. I'm pretty sure it was the city reflecting off the water...but whatever it was, I was distracted by something else...wow this sounds cliche thinking about it...but I was distracted by her beauty more than anything else. "You could've told me it was colder out here though." She said "you think I'm gonna leave you to be cold?" I asked and gave her my sweater. "Wow look at this." She laughed...the sweater was kinda long on me and I'm way taller than her, "it almost touches my knees!" She laughed "it's cute though." I smiled "stop making fun of my height Gaskarth." She laughed. "It's not making fun of if you laughed yourself." I said sticking my tongue out. "Put that back in your mouth." She smiled "make me." I said with a fake sass voice "I can." She said "do it." I said crossing my arms. "Actually...I'm good, I'm just gonna take you out like that so everyone can see you look retarded." She said "nuuu." I laughed and put it back in my mouth "ha got you." She said "...s-shit." I said. "How about we go look around." I suggested "that was the point wasn't it?" She said. "Yep." I answered. I grabbed her hand and ran in a random direction, she didn't expect that at all and she stood still when I took off running, which broke our hands apart and shot me into a tree. "Shit you alright?" She asked "hopefully." I smiled. She stuck out her hand and helped me up. "I'm gonna be a bird." I laughed "uhh how?" She asked "you'll see." I answered and smiled. I climbed into that tree I had just crashed into and stood on a branch. I then, balanced myself and made my arms flap like a chicken "I'M A BIRD MOTHAFUCKA!" I yelled,  but before I realized how stupid the idea was, I lost my balance and slipped, falling out of the tree. "This tree doesn't like you." Y/N said and giggled, I could hear that smile, that beautiful devious smile. "It'd be nice if you helped me up." I groaned "I'm good." She laughed. "Asshole." I whispered. "Alright fine I'll help you." She finally said and helped me up.

Your POV

"So where are we going next?" I asked "we're just going to walk around this place, the "real stuff" happens tomorrow." he answered. "and that would be?" I asked "why would I tell?" he asked. "um...I dunno." I replied. "Wait." he said, watching a lady walking towards us "is that...." he whispered to himself "HEY LISA!" he yelled. The lady turned toward us, and laid eyes on Alex, clearly not wanting anything to do with me. She ran to Alex and pulled him into a hug and kissed his cheek. Please tell me this is an old friend.  As if not knowing of my existence, she walked past me without saying a word. "so...who's this?" I asked raising an eyebrow at her "I should ask you the same thing." She said glaring at me "oh...I'm y/n l/n, the lovely girlfriend of Mr. Gaskarth." I smiled "yeah...sure, last time I checked he was single." She replied "well it's been some time Lisa." Alex replied "I guess you two need some catching up, so I'll be walking around, come find me when you're done." I sighed and pulled the hood of Alex's hoodie over my head. "who the hell is that?" I whispered to myself. I found myself at a little bridge, staring into the reflection off the water. I stared at nothing, and didn't notice someone come beside me. I looked the tall man standing beside me over. He had brown eyes, tan skin, he was well fit too, but the most noticeable, and what I liked most about his physical features was his hair, it was a dark brown, maybe black, with a white streak across it, it reminded me of a skunk's stripe. He looked at me, but focused on my sweater, like he had seen it, but was questioning something, I didn't know this guy, he certainly didn't know me, so what was his deal? "uh hi?" I said awkwardly "oh um hi." He responded just as awkward "soo...why do you keep staring at my sweater?" I asked "it's just that my best friend has that exact same sweater." He answered "oh, and who might this best friend be?" I asked "his name's Alex...Alex Gaskarth." He said "so that makes you Jack Barakat?" I asked "woah...rewind, how do you know Alex." he said "okay, number one you're like really famous, so if I didn't personally know him, I'd know him through the band, but I'm y/n...his girlfriend, or well now I'm questioning that." I said "why's that?" he asked "some bitch named Lisa or whatever." I answered "oh, you want me to explain?" he asked "please do." I replied "he dated Lisa in high school, they've been on and off since...but it seems like he's left her finally." He said "nope." I sighed "he's with her right now." I said "yo what?" he asked "why'd you leave them?" he asked "Lisa doesn't like me, besides I saw the way they looked at each other, he's better off with her." I explained "maybe we should go find them." He suggested "I guess so." I shrugged. We looked for them, and I wish we never did. I mean it wasn't too bad...but they were holding hands, and they looked happier than we ever have, I mean we've had great memories together and all, but we never looked as happy as they did. They walked past me, Lisa laughed at me, and mouthed the words "like he ever loved you." Jack was also able to understand what she had mouthed, and he protectively draped an arm around my shoulder. "Here's your sweater asshole." I yelled. Alex came back to get it, and Jack whispered some menacing words to him, and sent him on his way with a shove, and then suddenly Lisa shoved him away, calling him an asshole. He came back to me, rudely shoving Jack away from me, and then started yelling the apologies and making excuses like "she made me do it." I got annoyed by it, and thankfully, Jack picked up my vibe. "dude, Lex, she's not in the mood." he said. I sighed and turned around, it was time for me to leave the past few minutes behind. "nice to meet you, Jack, I'll see you later." I sighed and hugged him. I decided there was no point in holding a grudge against Alex, so I took his hand and started walking.

A/N: Wowie, it's been so long, anyways explanation: I got my phone taken (updating on my computer) also, Elle, has been dead on Ifunny because her phone still rests at the bottom of a lake, and was using her Ipad, but then it died and her charger broke. K, bye. also bad chapter, I know, don't say anything.
